He pointed out EXACTLY the color I described, but what made my day was after picking the stain out he knew what kind of brush to go with it. Tony followed up throughout the entire project (from bids to inspection) facilitating the process and answering questions. Since all Miller locations work together it was super easy to have products sent to the location of our choice. The staff at this location had over 80 gallons of our coating put aside and ready. The additive was needed because my house, with cedar siding, had only been painted with some wierd kind of chalky primer that left white dusty marks on my clothes whenever I'd brushed up against it. Every autumn I do a bit of touch up to a few small spots that have accrued over the year. The color still matches (hasn't faded). I'm pleasantly surprised how long this paint job has lasted! I've gone back to this shop for advice and products for a variety of smaller projects in the meantime and have had similarly positive results.
