The shovel was never shipped by my credit card was charged. I have contacted both HD and Citibank to dispute the charge. Citibbank said I do not have to pay until the get a response from HD. HD's customer service says I have to physically go to the store to try to get a refund to an online purchase that was never delivered. There is no merchandise to inspect, no restocking fee, HD cancelled the order. Simply reverse the charges. Absolute terrible customer service -online, Chat and FaceBook.

The store is clean, well represented and focused on the right variety of items. Josh also informed me of the sale and instead of my typical trade discount, I received a greater value with the coupon. This is not my first encounter, the manager should be commended on the employees he has hired and for the training he has fostered into the lives of these young employees as it will serve them well in their future.
