I've came here a few years ago when they first opened but my customer service experience was sub-par. Are these new owners??? I needed exterior concrete paint for my deck. I went on line for reviews for various paint brands and read that Benjamin Moore was at the top of the list. When I arrived at MMM paint I told the owner what I wanted and he handed me a paint chart, answered all of my questions and mixed the paint for me. I actually went there two consecutive and. I love doing business with people who appreciates the value to good customer service. I found the prices for what I purchased not over priced. Second, the store is very well organized and stocked well. Third, their prices are not absurdly overpriced. Yes, it's more expensive than Home Depot, but who wants to deal with that place. Fourth, their Benjamin Moore paint display is well organized (my local FH store is a giant mess with no color display). Most importantly, the owners and staff are really nice people (again in comparison to the FH hardware store where the guys are gruff and inattentive) They also honor their 100 for 120 offer which was not the reason I went.

We went to the (empty) store asking about wallpaper and the salesperson couldn't have been less helpful. He threw a few books at us, muttered something and scurried away. We ended up finding what we wanted and made a purchase. We were then told it was backordered - which is fine. After waiting 4+ weeks, we would call asking for updates. When we did, we were told someone would get back to us and they didn't. The salesperson, was equally as before the sale as he was afterwards didn't exactly help the situation either. After a week past the initial 4 week estimate, we requested a refund and went to Wallpaper Warehouse in Farmingdale, where our experience has been the complete opposite.
