The sticker shock scared me from buying two. So naturally I ran out and my poor wife ran back with the kids and dog. Ryan happily processed our payment over the phone and met my wife curbside. The product was amazing and worth the change. We only have 8.5 foot ceilings and I would say 90% of the paint literally dried to dust before hitting our basement floor. Worth it! First time shopping there and I felt valued. Bravo

They have a great array of products and stand behind what they sell. Referring to the pictures for this JC Licht store, only the last one that shows the storefront has anything to do with this store. All the other pictures are for marketing, and none of them are found in the store. But that said, this is a good store for paint and painting supplies. I look for great things from this outlet. I had need to get some Old Masters wiping stain and found what I wanted here. The customer service here was over the top. Even though I purchased just a small can of stain, they went to the trouble of spinning it so it was well blended...something that is not always offered at competitors. I will be back.

Let me get my point across immediately...this is by far the best place you can go to buy paint…read more Period. Now let me tell you why. In a world where all paint manufacturers are having to comply with the newest EPA standards, there are some growing pains that each company is finding themselves with. For instance, Benjamin Moore has had problems tinting it's own colors as their latest, "eco-friendly" paints don't seem to react the same way with the old tinting formulas that worked so well before. But Sherwin Williams doesn't seem to have this problem. Despite having to comply to these same standards, they've had no problem in selling you the exact color you've chosen...even if it's a Benjamin Moore color! Now let me rave about the staff. Jon, David & Ryan are stellar. Each one of them goes out of their way to make sure that you get exactly what you came in for, every time. All are very knowledgeable about their products, too, in the event you're not really sure WHAT you want, but need their advice to best suit your needs. Each and every time I've been here, these guys are friendly and just plain nice, which makes for a much more enjoyable experience, overall. (for me, that's the deciding factor that keeps me coming back) They always remember my name whenever I visit, no matter how busy they are. Nothing's better than hearing "Hey, Robert! How ya doing?" when starting out your work day.

Dirt, crud and general fading mean you will need to paint those walls and spruce your place right up. We have done major repaints of the smaller rooms 3 or 4 times but the great room only twice. First time I went to buy paint it was to the local Benjamin Moore store which felt like some sort of really unfunny sitcom episode complete with a dog with free range of the store and really odd odd clerks. From then on, I have been a fan of Sherwin Willilams. It is bright, clean and cheery. There are no animals roving the premises. The clerks only bother you if you ask for help and everyone gets waited on in sequential order, your profession doesn't qualify you to jump the line. Plus, the samples are completely true to the color which ends up on your wall. If that isn't enough, the color we painted the office is Bagel. How can you not love a store that sells bagel paint?

When she asked the employee if that was correct he said yeah that's the price. I returned it the next day and was told that the employee charged the wrong price. The manager of the store was there and said that's the price that goes in for consumers and the employees should change it. I wasn't offered a lower price or an apology. If you are a consumer watch your prices at this store. Very shady way of doing business. Sherwin Williams has a good product but this store is really sneaky and I will never go back to this store. Watch your pricing and make sure to check your receipts. Way to go price gouging!

We show pictures of our rooms and colors we are looking at and they take time to assist you in finding your paint (quality, kind, style, etc.). We used the no VOC paint for the baby's room and there was literally NO paint fumes during the process. A few months later, we purchased the no VOC paint for our kitchen. This type of paint is a little pricey ($54.99/can), but I wanted both of these rooms to have the least amount of chemicals in the space as possible. They have lesser expensive cans too. We have used the Regal paint and it glides onto the wall just as flawlessly. You really can't go wrong with any type of paint from here. This location also offers a wide selection of window treatments. I haven't purchased any from here yet. Another great perk is that they save all of your info in the computer system so that you don't have to save old paint can lids. Everything you used can be brought up with a click of their mouse.
