He explained what they were going to do, talked about the 2 different Bolt batteries available for my golf cart, and the advantages of the higher amp battery. Long story short, Doug, came and picked up my cart on time on the day we set and Corey communicated with me throughout the battery swap. Today, with the swap completed, Doug delivered my cart and explained all the things I needed to know including filing of the warranty. ProBuild was the supplier for a new-construction community I recently moved into. The timing of my…read moremove combined with the timing of a winter storm meant I was 1 month out of my builter's warranty on cracked windows due to weather, but I was recommended to contact ProBuild directly. I have to say, I was absolutely blown away with the personal attention and customer service I received at what is essentially a LARGE-scale community builder supplier company. I was out of my builder's warranty but ProBuild was able to look up the exact part I had an issue with using only a photo from an email and find out that I actually still had one month left on the window manufacturer's warranty. They immediately put in an order and within 4 days the replacement window had arrived and I was told I could stop by any time to pick it up. When I arrived, based on the customer service I received, I was expecting some sort of small operation; but incredibly this was a HUGE supplier right there in Summerville that I had to maneuver around forklifts hauling multiple-ton loads of wood and other building supplies to trailers just to park at the customer entrance. I was personally assisted by Mike Payne while I was there and even given a small walkthrough of the warehouse (after putting on my safety vest) and was impressed with the organization that allowed him to find my particular window within seconds of stepping into the warehouse. I'm sure this review will do no one any good, but I was so impressed with the level of customer service that I really felt I had to leave a review and add this business to Yelp.

You can find this store located at Tanger outlets right next door to Torrid and not far from bath and body works. If you are looking for anything kitchen from coffee makers to plates to small fun gadgets this is the store to come to. The manager who is always there is very knowledgeable with everything in the store. The experience is always a great one here! Take my money! I am getting great customer service, great kitchen items for a fraction of the price I would pay on amazon or Walmart.

The person working with us (and I believe his name was Michael) was completely awesome and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy, that our new paint perfectly matched the old paint that we brought in (which it did, perfectly, thanks to him!), and that he got us any deals that he possibly could. We had his undivided attention and he spent quite a bit of time working toward matching our paint. It took multiple tries and lots of smearing paint on paper and hand drying with a hair dryer... But he ended up matching it perfectly, and I was able to just paint sections (nail holes, etc) and the paint blended, rather than having to repaint everything due to a bad match! You are a lifesaver, Michael!
