The staff was incredibly helpful when I asked questions regarding reflection, different types of lighting, matching colors, etc. If there was an answer they didn't know, they contacted another store to find the answer. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and felt comfortable just browsing. They were not vultures while I was there, but were available at any moment should I have needed them. They offer a loyalty program which I will look into. I will be visiting this location again soon to purchase paint for the nursery and office re-do.

I was hiring someone to do an exterior paint job and he recommended Sherman Williams and told me what products I needed to buy. I had to pick the color still so I came in with a plan. After looking at the colors on the wall, I wasn't seeing what my contractor had shown me so I mentioned it to the guy behind the counter and he instantly pulled out a color chart and flipped open to the exact one I was looking for. He was super patient while we went back and forth on choosing the color and we even took the swatches outside to see in the sunlight. Definitely do this if you're doing an exterior job because it made a huge difference. Once we decided, he had the mixed up in no time and brought them out to the car. When your spending $600+ on paint for one wall, it's important to not only get the highest quality product, but a quality customer experience as well and Sherwin Williams delivered on both.

Well the guy behind the counter said that paint only sells in 5 gallon buckets so he suggested a different kind that turned out to be so close that I don't see a difference at all and none of my neighbors notice any difference. Same paint but at 25 dollars per quart comes up to 100 per gallon. No more touch ups, next project is to paint the whole house with HD paint but not the ugly flat paint from here at exorbitant prices.
