I went in to get a new gallon of paint that same color that the previous owners had used for touch…read moreups. Initially, I was very disappointed because I did not stock the same brand anymore. However, the girl who was helping me, was very informative and let me know that this brand was now carried by a different company. Further, she wrote down the exact color code that I needed for when I got to the other store. It was not even a Sherwin-Williams store! They didn't make a sale this day, but I will definitely be back for new colors for another room!!

They have dozens of wallpaper sample books, unfortunately there's no organization - it's like a library with all the books in a pile. BUT WORST is that half the books are expired or filled with product no longer in stock!!! When i suggested they update the collection, they laughed and said "we'll get around to it" like they just don't care. I tried looking up wallpaper options on their website, but it was just as bad as the store - no organization, you have to wade through the samples one page at a time with no filters or sorting. The online Wallpaper Advisor said, "sorry, our website is still under development" then said she had another call and hung up on me. So clearly even corporate just doesn't care. Guess I'll simply search and order online and save some money ordering direct from the designer. Then they can cry about how the internet is putting them out of business.

She is incredibly patient, genuinely listens to her clients, and is incredibly thorough in ways I would have never thought of. Holly is really passionate about color and loves educating her clients on it, which is super helpful to understand the color process and what to look for. On our last project Dora and Holly really went out of their way for me. I mean WAY above and beyond their job description, in the midst of me having a meltdown over our house renovation. If you are starting from scratch with an idea or testing your designer's color choices (I have been in both situations), Holly is the only color consultant you need to call. In regards to paint, if you are someone like me who suffers from migraines due to toxic fumes, etc., Aura is an amazing paint product. Yes, it is $89 a gallon, but you can sleep in the room your painting, with no fumes and no migraines. The paint itself is a dream to work with, even for paint dummies like my husband and I. If your budget will allow the cost, to me it's worth every penny!

The staff is far more knowledgeable and patient than the folks at the big-box stores. They are super friendly, and they really take the time to help you. They have high quality products at competitive prices. I love the fact that they carry zero-VOC paint. The big-box stores claim to have this, but if you read the labels, you'll find that it is really low-VOC paint. Not the same thing....still contains carcinogens. Another thing I like about Lloyd's is the fact that they keep a record of the paints you purchased and what room you were painting at the time. So when your kid draws on the walls or you accidentally ding the wall while moving furniture, you can just go back to Lloyd's, and they'll mix up a bucket of the same color. Three cheers for Lloyd's! My family has been visiting them my whole life, and we're never disappointed.

You pay no more there than you would at a bigger box store and on many items like good brushes they're cheaper. I can not say enough good about this store and its employees. Best prices on painting accessories in Janesville, hands down. There's almost always specials on…read morePurdy and Wooster brushes. Only place in Janesville I know of that has Tung Oil (not "tung oil *finish*" - which is tung oil and poly). Their house brand rags are the best I've ever used - if you do a lot of wiping, buy your rags here. Their bags of rags are almost entirely made of the rags you pick through other bags to find when you want a decent one for your project. The sell Jen brand foam brushes for what you'd pay on Amazon. (Jen is probably tied for first place for best foam brushes. The ones at the box stores are essentially unusable.) The only negative-in-a-totally-selfish-way thing I have to say about them is they carry every paint thinner in existence from denatured alcohol to naptha to the most uncommon ones, but they don't carry odorless mineral spirits. Which is understandable because most pros prefer naptha for application because it dries faster and paint thinner for cleaning because it cuts better but I'm a sensitive fucking snowflake and need my thinner's stink removed. Their paints are as good as anyone else's top tier, with competitive prices, but if you're not a contractor it's the hidden costs of painting that really hit you and their prices on those are far lower than the competition for either the same or a better product (drop cloths, painter's pal liners, brushes, foam brushes, sandpaper, etc). Working with wood, I use a lot of oils, poly, spar, rags, foam brushes, and sandpaper. I know the prices on Amazon and at Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Sherwin-Williams, and Farm & Fleet for all of them. H-L is the place to go. Also their staff is ridiculously helpful if you need it. And they carry Cabot wood stain and General Finishes milk paint - both of which are top end for what they do. 5/5 all day.

Customer service just said that there was nothing they could do about it so sorry. , we find the same vanity on for about $600 . he says this is not the first time this has happened. Home Depot is a scam. Do not order anything off of their app. Or the Internet. I have only ordered anything off of their app once and it was incorrect because they had only sent me one of the two items that I bought together. And they also told me that the only thing they could do was refund and so sorry not gonna let you buy the sample again without having to wait three weeks.
