The associate said to me " I dont know what you are talking about". She asked me abruptly what it was I needed. I ordered my paint and asked for the opener and was told they did not have any and to use a screwdriver. I did not care for the treatment I received as a customer and will not return. Over several years I painted the exterior of every building and every interior room on my farm so I got to know them well. It didn't matter if I was buying a paint brush or hundreds of $$ of paint, there was always great service and that's the way they treat everyone that comes through the door. And, they have spent countless hours with me helping to match paints and stains or altering colors of already-purchased paints that were not quite the color I wanted. Plus, they will maintain a record for you in their system of which room a certain paint color is used in. They can get busy sometimes and that results in a bit of a wait but that can happen anywhere. Don't buy paint from the "big box" stores when you've got such a great local resource.
