The staff was incredibly helpful when I asked questions regarding reflection, different types of lighting, matching colors, etc. If there was an answer they didn't know, they contacted another store to find the answer. They offer a loyalty program which I will look into. I will be visiting this location again soon to purchase paint for the nursery and office re-do.

Well the guy behind the counter said that paint only sells in 5 gallon buckets so he suggested a different kind that turned out to be so close that I don't see a difference at all and none of my neighbors notice any difference. Same paint but at 25 dollars per quart comes up to 100 per gallon. No more touch ups, next project is to paint the whole house with HD paint but not the ugly flat paint from here at exorbitant prices.

I visited Lowe's in Goose Creek on Saturday to purchase lawn products, including grass and turf…read morebuilder. The store wasn't particularly busy, which made the lack of customer service in the garden center even more noticeable. As a woman shopping alone and looking for lawn-care products, I expected at least one associate to ask if I needed assistance or recommendations. Unfortunately, no one approached me or seemed available to help. I eventually found what I needed on my own. At self-checkout, my military discount also did not apply even though it was in the system. The gentleman working self-checkout was nice enough to review my receipt, but he couldn't explain why the discount wasn't applied and said it happens frequently. If this is a known issue, Lowe's should determine why it is happening and give employees a way to resolve it for customers. I accomplished what I came for, and the store wasn't crowded, but the overall experience was not very customer-focused. A little more employee presence and engagement in the garden center would make a significant difference, especially for customers who may need guidance selecting the right lawn products.

He let us take our paint chips outside to view the colors in different lights and gave us advise on a primer color to go underneath. We chose the paints and then we left to grab lunch while he made them up for us. They were ready for us when we returned- no problem! Later in the day, my husband decided he wanted one other color and we called Brandon and he made it up for us while my husband drove over there. They also keep all our purchases/colors in their computer. Great service!! Tip: Sherwin Williams has the best selection of "Historic Charleston" colors, but you have to ask for the chip selection because they don't keep them out in the main display.
