First of all, I discovered that is not strictly true. They are slightly higher than The hardware store down the street, but not by much. Also, they do have a military discount which helps out. Today, I walked in and happen to catch the last day of a 40% off sale. That made my pricing even better for what I needed, especially since I didn't have a choice except to get my paint here. My HOA requires a specific Sherwin-Williams color for our front door and our shutters. Unfortunately, these colors are no longer in the Sherwin-Williams database at the hardware store down the road. I was trying to get a hold of my HOA rep in order to confirm the color... They were extremely patient and kind and extremely helpful. I especially appreciate that they didn't just try to sell me the most expensive exterior paint that they have. Their customer service is impeccable and they are very quick... Even though there was a couple people in front of me, my order was ready in a very timely manner. I walked next-door to T-Mobile and asked some questions about the new iPhone and by the time I got back, my order was ready. I will definitely consider visiting Sherwin-Williams instead of going straight to the hardware store next time... Are usually have questions about paint, and these people seem to really know their stuff. It seems much better than trying to hunt down someone who works in the paint department, because everyone there works in the paint department! This is the paint department!

He actually made a color swatch for us to use against our walls. We were able to go home and determine which color was best. We came back and he actually already had a premade gallon of the color we needed so he charged us a lower price. I will definitely be coming back here for any other paint we need. I needed a quart of paint to wrap up my remodel of my bathroom. I told Bryce, the employee that I need a quart of my last order. He said we don't have quarts in that paint so I said I'll take a gallon please. At about the same time a "regular" customer showed up because Bryce called him by his name and he basically ignored me until it was time for me to pay $60 for a gallon of paint. I go home, start painting and then find out the color doesn't even match. Maybe if he paid attention to what he was doing instead of helping the other customer he would of made the correct paint for me and wouldn't of wasted time, gas, and money!

What truly sets this location apart, however, is the staff. The team is consistently approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help you find exactly what you need or point you in the right direction. While I'll always lean toward supporting local businesses first, it's reassuring to know that when the situation calls for it, this Lowe's delivers both selection and service.

I have been a loyal Lowe's customer, but this was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever…read morehad. I paid Lowe's for same-day delivery. The delivery arrived 2 hours and 45 minutes late, and despite clear instructions to leave my order at my front door, the delivery driver left my order at the very end of my driveway next to the road. That is not a completed delivery. When I contacted the delivery company, OneRail, I spent over an hour getting the runaround. Instead of taking responsibility, I was met with rude, dismissive, and sarcastic customer service because I expected the driver to complete the delivery properly. The most disappointing part is that OneRail represents Lowe's. As the customer, I didn't choose OneRail--Lowe's did. When Lowe's contracts with a delivery company, customers reasonably expect that company to meet Lowe's standards for professionalism and service. This wasn't simply a late delivery. It was a complete breakdown in customer service from start to finish: nearly three hours late, delivery instructions ignored, my order abandoned at the end of my driveway, and no meaningful effort to correct the mistake. Lowe's needs to seriously reconsider its partnership with OneRail. Every failed OneRail delivery becomes a Lowe's customer experience, and that's exactly what happened here. If this is the level of service customers can expect from Lowe's delivery partner, people deserve to know before they pay for same-day delivery.
