The SW Iphone app recommended a beige and gray to go with it so I wanted to see how those colors looked in person and figure out whether I wanted to go with neutrals or an analogous color scheme with a yellow-green and green-blue. An employee greeted me immediately as I walked in the door and came over right away to help. I was the only customer in the store and had a lot of questions. He was very patient and pulled some brochures featuring greens and color strips that he thought would work. The Iphone app's beige had more yellow undertones which I didn't like so I'm glad he suggested a more neutral beige. He also had suggestions on how best to test out the colors before committing to a full paint job. As we talked, I learned he was from the Southwestern US so that explained the atypical New England personality. It's so rare that I walk into a store in New England and real customer service.

First one I went to home decor group with a picture on my phone. Owner told me he can't match something on my phone and left me to find a similar swatch. Next two projects I went back to waters and brown. Heidi helped me match pictures and made spot on recommendations. I brought in samples and images and she gave great choices to match or coordinate. Then over to the counter for the actual paint. John couldn't be nicer and more helpful (plus he actually remembers me by name and project). Some projects easier than others. More complicated (expensive) projects he gave me questions to ask my contractor and alternatives. I so appreciate the service here. It's second to none and the quality can't be beat.
