Sure, Ace still has lots of stuff packed into a small store. This one didn't have an outdoor lawn and garden section and it must seemed smaller and more cramped than other Ace stores. If I'm in the area and need something, I'll just head home and go to my local store. This Ace is NOT the place for me.

Randy is the best. In the past, he has picked up my Snapper riding mower, tuned it up, made repairs…read moreand returned it to me, at times fixing or improving things that I did not know needed fixing. This is one place that I know will always be honest and reasonably priced. This time, I was having a difficult time finding a place that repaired small tires for riding lawn mowers. I called and randy said he is sure he had the special size replacement inner-tube. I dropped off the tire and by the end of the day, it was fixed and dropped off. The cost was minimal. I am so appreciative for a company that is professional, reasonable, kind, and trust-worthy.

While I haven't had the chance to use it yet, everything about it looks solid, well-built, and professional grade right out of the box. The ordering process was quick and easy, shipping was prompt, and the price was excellent for the amount of power this unit provides. I was originally considering another pressure washer that was nearly three times the price, so I'm really glad this one was recommended to me. Based on the specifications, build quality, and overall experience purchasing from Northern Tool + Equipment, I feel confident this will be a great piece of equipment for years to come. I'm looking forward to putting it to work soon.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!…read more For one, I purchased furniture that was over priced and under quality. I paid that as well as my bed off in four months totaling over $2000. I then purchased a desk that I also paid off. However, the due date on the payments went from the first of the month to the fifteenth without notice so they starting calling me constantly half way through the term for a $19 payment!! This is AFTER i paid off $2000+ worth of furniture in four months. Today I just so happen to be glancing at my credit report when I see an account opened on 1/26/2012 and closed the next day. Now, when I had specifically asked the guy if they check your credit, he said NO. I wasn't asking because I don't have the money or the credit, but I didn't want a credit inquiry on my report since it wasn't a mortgage, car loan or credit card. Well, apparently they don't know what they are talking about and DON'T care. So I go in touch with them through their site and they tell ME to contact their retention center....that was it! No I'm sorry this happened, we want to keep your business, NOTHING! If I could give NO STARS, I would because that's how upsetting this is. They think because people purchase things from them they can do what they please and not have to answer for it. Considering I spent that much of my hard earned money in there and this is how I am treated, I will NEVER shop there again and I certainly will NOT be recommending them to ANYONE!!! Buyer beware!!!
