I cut my trip short but did have a 10 hour drive back. In the time I was coming home, they broke $250 worth of my personal property and initially told me they'd pay be back for it. After being run around, they told me they'd be crediting it to the bill that i'm not even paying, my insurance is. They have been horrible at communicating with me and each other. Told my adjuster I refused to let them take equipment on a day they just showed up on their time to grab it and i was at work. No one had spoken with me about a time they could come by to grab it. They had to leave it all weekend and someone told me they wouldn't charge for it. Someone who didn't have the authority to tell me that. So now I'm fighting with their project manager to not be charged for the weekend because they didn't communicate when they wanted to pick it up on Friday. AND i'm fighting to be reimbursed for my things they broke. A lot of words have been stuffed in my mouth by these assholes. They did a good job taking out the flooring and trim from my place but their customer service was so so SO bad i would absolutely never hire or recommend them to anyone. besides they are expensive. I went one year with white grout and it made me paranoid about the grout getting dirty. I used the Angie app to get estimates from contractors. I got about 4 estimates and going with the Grout Restorer was a no brainer. Martin was always on time for the estimate as well as the job. He provided a through estimate and he was the most knowledgable of all the people that came to my house to survey the job. I had Martin and his team of four people come and do work on my house. I didn't believe that they'd be able to finish the job in a day but they did! His team is very professional and they are super kind people. Karen especially went above and beyond with her work. I'm a perfectionist so having it look perfect was important to me. The grout color that I had told Martin I wanted ended up looking more brown than I expected. Even though the team had done almost two rooms, Karen was able to color match a grout color that made my tile and grout blend together to the point where you didn't notice the grout anymore. They all did such an amazing job. Martin also doctored my bathroom showers and made them look new again. I'm so pleased with their work. I could never have done the job they were able to do. They are very talented people and I cannot recommend them enough.
