We found an old dried out can in the basement and took it to the store. Chaz said he could not guarantee the color match since the color on the walls might have faded and the paint changes over the years. BUT he was WRONG!! The color and paint were so perfect we were able to touch up spots on all our walls and I cannot tell where we touched up and where the original paint starts. FANTASTIC and I am so happy with the results!!! PS we had color matches from Lowes and Home Depot which were Okay but still too shiny, very disappointed. Should have gone to SW to begin with!! I watched the customer ahead of me receive a warm greeting and friendly conversation, but when it was my turn, I was met with complete silence. When I approached the older lady at the counter, I said, "Good morning," and received no response. When I said, "Thank you," I was again met with silence. Whether intentional or not, the difference in treatment was noticeable and left me feeling unwelcome. This is a sad reflection of the times we live in. Every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and courtesy. Do better. Be better.

I was worried at first that they wouldn't have many options for wallpaper, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw they have over 30 wallpaper books to look through. The staff was so helpful when we mentioned we were looking for something floral, and made sure we had bookmarks to use to help when deciding between books. They also helped pull a few books they thought could have what we were looking for. When it came down to ordering, the process was super simple and took less than 5 min to get the order in and pay. The wallpaper arrived to the store within a week, and I was notified by phone when it was ready for pick up. I will definitely come back for any future flooring, painting, or wallpaper needs!
