The staff are friendly and there is a pretty big selection of nail colours available. The space is clean and relatively spacious. We went in at a time that wasn't busy, but I imagine that on busier days there's a bit of a wait as I only saw 2 people working there. The prices are reasonable; they seem to be competitive with the other nail salon next door and have matched their prices. I went in for a pedicure and everything was fine until I noticed that there were several bubbles in the polish on my nails. Kind of disappointing because I paid for a proper pedicure, not for one that leaves polish bubbles on my nails. read more

The prices are great, it's very clean and modern, and the staff are super friendly. I just moved to the area and get my nails done every three weeks. I've since been to this salon three times and have not been too impressed. Recently one of the owners convinced me to do the dip nails and I did. Within a week the manicure was lifting and one had fallen off. I went back asking for them to re-do my nails after spending $50+. I thought they had agreed, instead when then re-did the manicure they proceeded to tell me I had to pay - and argued with me in front of other customers. This lack of customer service is ridiculous. I will not be going there again. They just lost a frequent customer. read more

I don't think the person that did my nails at this salon was trained/certified to be a nail technician. He damaged my nails, by filing it too much. he had no idea what he was doing. They are very overpriced for the cheap products they use. After a couple weeks the gel started lifting and I noticed the product under was still wet. I will not go here again. read more

As I just moved to the area was trying to find my new nail salon. However after my experience this is not it. Came here to get a bio-gel re-fill. Nails were not filed as nice as other salons (shape not consistent and gel not filled to the top of the nail bed). Within three days one the bio gel nails started lifting fully off one finger and within a week others followed suit. What I was left with is a mess of nails. Not good. Poor quality. I made a last minute appointment for a shellac mani and pedi - they were quite accomodating. Good range of colors and spacious clean place. Effie did my nails and she was gentle and meticulous (she just doesn't conversate much but is nice) she completed the whole thing in 90 mins with a good job although there wasn't much of a massage for either procedure but the polish applications were good. Glad I tried it as I was reluctant from some of the reviews but I live close and it worked out. Prices seem to have increased but are good too. read more

I have gone here often as it is the closest place to home. The staff is super rude- they don't care about customer concerns nor do they respond if u have concerns. Two of the technicians do a decent job - the rest are TERRIBLE. I strongly advise against going here. And the place next door is even worse. read more

Sherry's business claims to offer "professional nail care"; it's anything but that. She damaged my wife's nails to a point that they were bleeding when she returned home. Researching further - there is a risk of fungal infection, bacteria and viruses (including herpes) if the instruments aren't sterilized properly. I highly doubt they were, as my wife was abandoned after the damage was done, while Sherry entertained new incoming customers. When I attempted to address the situation with her afterwards, her response was stubborn - and she still didn't have the decency to properly apologize to my wife. Based on the damage she did, her stubbornness in admitting to her mistakes and apologizing, and the potential health repercussions of her carelessness - I highly suggest you go to another place. read more

Based on a recommendation I did find the place pretty clean and it wasn't that tacky looking either. The esthetics an did do a good job on my nails but I do have a tendency of picking at them so I wish she picked off more the the hang nails. Otherwise she did as I asked and it was a fairly neat & clean job. read more

Terrible place! I had requested a french shellac manicure with a design. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and even provided a photo of the design. She did something completely different, I kept correcting her, however, she continued messing everything up. That was only the first problem. Throughout this entire time it was evident she had been talking bad about me with her coworkers - clearly unprofessional. The manicure itself turned out sloppy in the end. I was also overcharged because of the "design" and "stones" added. This is only half of the story. In two days, my shellac had chipped. I had later tested out a piece of the liquid and found out IT HAD NOT BEEN SHELLAC. The salon chemically mixes the substance and pours it into a shellac bottle. Waste of money and time. Very disrespected. Horrible service and they cheat you. Do not waste your time and bother going there. They are horrible. I never write reviews but for this place I must. I needed a full set of bio gel nails and they said they had time to do it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was not a problem ( at the beginning). As she was attaching the fake nails with glue to my real nail she was so sloppy with the glue. It was all over my skin. My thumb was stuck to my arm and when I had to rip my thumb from my arm, the hair came off with it and she looked and did not say a word. I told her that all the glue that was stuck to my skin was uncomfortable so she used the same machine that she uses to shave the nails on MY skin and was burning it off. She is nuts. I had to pick it all off myself while she watched like an idiot. My two thumb gel nails are different sizes and I asked her why she would make them different and that is when her english went bad. It was already not that great but from then, it was like she did not want to understand anything. So I decided to talk about how I should not have to pay for this and all of a sudden her english came back...This is by far the worst place I have ever been too and will never go back...ever. The pedicure sinks are behind the manicure tables and 3 girls were complaining how the water was cold. Just a horrible place to go. From experience, do not waste your money. I had an absolutely horrible experience at this place after giving it a second chance, I will never return to Sherry's Nails and Spa. I had a pedicure which wasn't a horrible experience but the girl who did it broke off my toe nail into the side of my toe causing me extreme pain. I returned the next day to have it fixed and Sherry herself did a great job of extracting the shard so I could walk again without pain. She did however tell me that it wasn't her girl that did that and something else must have happened even though I had been there just the day before at close time. I then asked if I could get my upper lip waxed and the girl who had worked on my pedicure the day before ripped off my skin about the size of a dime, when I was upset the owner told me that I probably had a zit or something (which I did not) and that it was not their fault.
