Unfortunately I cannot give less than one star. Would it be possible to find a less trust worthy estate agent in rathfarnham / templeogue? I doubt it, Sherry Fitzgerald's shortcomings are hard to beat. Lying, cheating, conniving, snivelling snakes. In between telling you lies, they are concocting their next lie. Dupped into dealing with the incompetence of one particular young man in the office based on Ballyroan Road on at least two occasions. Fortunately for me they no longer have the monopoly in the area. Completely shocked at the total and utter unprofessionalism of this crowd. Very rude and unhelpful. Rang to make a complaint about one of their employees behaviour and got brushed off and made feel she was the victim, rang back to speak to the manager and got the same treatment. Their attitude was just don't want to know and don't care They clearly don't need the business in this climate if this is the way they treat their customers, I definitely would never again look to use them to let a property. read more
