I was received very well and had a great relationship with them, Igor and his team are very helpful and competent, all the problems I had were solved and the real estate agency has a great website where you can request maintenance for any possible problem in your property. read more

I have been renting for 18 years and not once have I been withheld my deposit. I won't say much as I am taking legal action regarding situations I was forced to live with. They are the worst ever, have no professional knowledge on termination notice, never communicated with tenant to arrange maintenance, every time showed up different time which already agreed with, entered the property without permission. STAY AWAY FROM DUBLIN LETTINGS -They dig into your deposit for small things and overcharge. (Charge you for cleaning which you would expect to be done anyway before someone else moved in. Also charged for things that weren't working when we moved in that were outlined on the snag list) -They are extremely unprofessional in that they did not reply to any of my emails. -They ask you for many documents while applying for the house but still leaving it on the market for tenants (It took me two days of stress getting my affairs in order to put an application down so that they give it to no one else) -They claimed that there were two 'stained' mattresses that needed replacing (200-odd euro each) I have pictures of the mattresses they are sparkling white. I never split anything and had a mattress protector. -When I did get a reply email it was extremely rude. Yes, I was fighting my side for the deposit but I was very professional and mature about it. If you have any sense at all you will not go with this letting agency!! I would suggest landlords that aren't attached to letting agencies at all because they will definitely try and take from your deposit as much as they can. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never ever ever experienced such a terrible attitude from the staff of any company and I am speaking about the manager so there is not even an escalation point. He is extremely rude aggressive and ignorant. After a number of mix ups and mis-information, all of which were the fault of Dublin lettings- 1 of them being that I was given the keys to the property, went to move in at the weekend, got there and there was 2 locks on the door but they had only given me one key. I managed to get in touch and they passed all blame to the landlord and offered to help by getting their locksmith out to me which I would have to pay for. It turned out it was completely their error in that I was not given the keys and they still refused to admit this but rather tell me it was nothing to do with them, to sort it out myself unless I was willing to pay them for locksmith. There were a number of other instances in which I was blamed for their error and miscommunication. They will try and get money from you for no reason. As a tenant I would highly recommend to stay away from any property managed by Dublin Lettings. As a landlord, either planning to let or sell a property, I would HIGHLY recommend to avoid them. I can guarantee that their greater than terrible attitude and customer service will result in you loosing a deal etc. read more
