I ordered a birria taco, asada mulita and side of rice total right under $10. The food is fresh and delicious. I got it to go and the aroma in the car was so yummy. I thought there would be a little consommé for the birria taco it wasn't but it was good without though I did add a bit of sauce. Birria was tender and delicious and the green sauce is super spicy. The rice was fluffy and cooked just right. I will definitely be back to try something else. (Sparkman drive)

This truck is permanently parked in the Texaco on University Drive near Tenders. There wasn't a ton of parking and it was tight but I managed to wedge myself into a small spot where I waited after ordering my food. The menu has pretty much all the Mexican favorites you'd expect: tacos, birria, burritos, huaraches, etc. Prices are pretty reasonable, too. Service is friendly and the food comes out fast; I had no difficulties ordering in English. My one main disappointment is that they only offer Torta Cubanas, Pastor, or Milanesa. I was really hoping for a non-breaded chicken or steak option. Since that didn't seem to be available (at least not on the menu), I got a chicken quesadilla. The meal comes with a quesadilla cut into four slices, salsa verde and rojo, some pickled veggies, and a small lettuce/tomato salad type deal. The quesadilla was very yummy. Nicely cut chunks of chicken that didn't overwhelm the strength of the tortilla, crispy edges, and truly delicious gooey white cheese. I enjoyed both salsas, but my preference was pretty strongly for the red salsa. I did find it genuinely spicy so watch yourself if you don't like heat. I do, though, so it was a winner! Give them a try if you're looking for yummy Mexican food in the area!
