He did porcelain tile on my bathroom floor and also a tile backsplash in my kitchen. He completed the work in April but I'm just getting around to leaving a review. Even as delays from other contractors and the insurance process slowed everything down, Pablo remained patient, communicative, and flexible. When those issues were finally resolved, he immediately prioritized our project and moved quickly - finishing well ahead of the expected timeline and helping us get back to normal much sooner than we anticipated. The workmanship is equally strong. The tile layout is thoughtful and precise, with careful attention to detail in every cut and transition. Pablo kept me updated throughout the entire process and offered practical ideas that noticeably improved how the space functions. The result is excellent, and his involvement made the whole experience far easier than it otherwise would have been. The project went well enough that I've already asked him to take on our upcoming bathroom remodel. I'm looking forward to working with him again.

Connie spent the time necessary with my wife/designer to understand the color scheme and help select a couple remnants that might work. Other shops were only interested in selling a much larger minimum quantity. There is a good reason for that of course, because once the shop cuts a piece they are stuck with the left over. The difference Mark and Connie made was willingness to take the time for a smaller order and cull through their remnents. We were lucky in that there was a really great peice available. It wasn't what we started looking for but that is where the time Connie put in to understand the color scheme paid off; the piece available works perfectly with the natural custom ash cabinets and the tile we selected. Mark and Connie communicated all throught the process. Of course everyone wants to be first in line. Mark and Connie kept to all of their appointments and didn't slip any dates. At the end, the install went without a hitch, and the vanity top came out fantastic. Not only are Mark and Connie a delight to interact and work with, we feel like we got top notch service and an excellant value. I couldn't recommend them any more strongly if you are in the market for stone surfaces.
