The finish is clean, consistent, and built to last. Dave told us, "I know how to paint," and he really means it. He brings deep experience and craftsmanship to every part of the process -- from prep to final coat -- and it's clear that painting isn't just something he does, it's what he's mastered. He works quickly but never rushes, shows up when he says he will, and brings a level of professionalism that's hard to find. He also helped us think through smart, budget-conscious choices without ever compromising quality and gave us some good advice about a DIY project. In a world where many people just stay at the same level and say it's "good enough," Dave has obviously stayed dedicated to his craft. You can see it when you watch him work and you can see it in the results. That kind of commitment is rare -- it is great to see and it makes all the difference in the results. It has been a great experience. We highly recommend.

We spent 4 days, 1.5 of which was redoing mistakes based on his cutting corners, and at the end he gave me a bill for 150% of his estimate based on increased hours. I wasn't meant to do the work at all, and spent 5 hours a day after he would leave to finish before I moved. He then insulted and disparaged me. Never have I had a worse experience with a Mainer.
