They started with notifying us when they would be arriving and what protocols were in place due to Covid. I opted to stay in the home (was working from home). The inspector texted me that he had arrived (I requested this) and once he explained what he was going to be doing, he went off to inspect. During the inspection my crazy dogs followed him around and tried to help, handled it very professionally-did not take the dogs up on the help. lol House was left clean, did not even know they were there. We received our report via email very promptly, lots of detail and much to my surprise received an email with referrals to companies that could fix the issues that were found on the report. THIS was huge, I don't know about you but it is not easy to find affordable, trustworthy, available, GOOD handymen/contractors. THIS was pure gold. I signed up for the weekly tips and that information has been very useful, Mejaro is knowledgeable and an expert in their field. HIGHLY recommend!

He was happy to have me join him in the inspection of the crawl space which was to me the sign of someone committed to working with the customer. Super quick appointment time, and one of the most thorough documents I've ever read. Worth the price and then more. This particular inspection saved us thousands and buying a house that needed much more than we could afford to replace. Overnight mold testing was a relief as well. Thanks!

BJ was great about following up and walking me through the report, explaining what he observed and why it was included. This is my fourth time purchasing a home, and without a doubt, this has been the best home inspection experience I've had. Additionally, BJ was able to assist and not only recommend, but arrange for a licensed septic inspector to be present on the same day, which was helpful with all that I have had on my plate throughout this process.

It has been such a great experience working with MC2 Home Inspectors. As a first-time homebuyer, I…read morehad many questions about the inspection process and Mike and Jeremy were so helpful to answer all of my questions along the way. I called to schedule the inspection the day before Thanksgiving and Mike answered right away and told me they had availability the Friday after Thanksgiving (quick turnaround!). Mike also encouraged me to attend the inspection since I could ask any question I wanted and really get to know the new home I was purchasing. Jeremy was such a wonderful inspector. I almost consider him more of a consultant than an inspector! He knew SO much about everything in the home and gave me recommendations about everything I was unsure of. I received a detailed report with pictures of the home the same day. I cannot recommend MC2 enough, thank you for such a wonderful experience!

They responded to my message in a timely manner, answered all my questions and they weren't pushy about getting their services. I have a new build so when it was finally time to hire an inspector I decided to go with MC2. So glad I did. They were reasonable and the inspection took about 3 hours. It was a smooth process and Greg, my inspector, was awesome. He was VERY picky (which I love) and he pointed out things that I wouldn't have seen. Please do NOT purchase a home without getting your own inspection done (IMO). Greg was very professional, he came in with footies and he had the report done later that night filled the pictures, notes and suggestions. It was definitely useful when I did my walkthrough with the contractor. Building a new home is already stressful but MC2 made it a little easier. Thank you for all your help, it's appreciated.

Gary was the only one that would work on a weekend. We arranged for Sunday, I got there 10 minutes early and he was already up on the roof in 93 degree weather, did a great job inspecting inside the house and then on top of that he went in the loft/attic space where it must have easily been 105 for 10+ minutes to inspect the roof from the inside and only charged me $300 for a 1700sqft house. I think that's beyond fair in pricing. Every other company quoted me 450+ and wouldn't do it for 5-10 days. Gary also gives you a report via email with everything he found. It's clear and precise.
