My son has been going here for a while and the customer service is always great, we had different barbers and all were great and easy to make an appointment online. Right in the heart of downtown Wheaton. Overall the quality and vibe are great here. Definitely recommend. read more

I was looking for a new barber and had some specific ideas and goals for my hair, so I decided to give K Rose a try to see if she could bring them to life. She absolutely nailed it. I've gotten tons of compliments since, and her attention to detail, level of service, and the way she really listened to what I wanted were all top notch. Highly recommend. read more

Amazing place! Guys are supper nice and take their time with every client. Free cuts for the month of February. Just remember to tip your stylist. read more

Talented barbers. Good value. It is a small place so it would be good if the barbers took a few minutes between customers to sweep up the hair on the floor. read more

Kelly Rose rocks !!! Her expertise in calming the cowlicks and taming the brows had me ready for a Valentines Day out on the town... I tried Sheridans after my nephews 11, 9, and 7 love going there on there own as 'big guys', so they must be good if my sister has that kind of trust in an establishment!!! This was my first time in a Barber Shop since Kings Barber shop back in the day a few decades ago... and the Sheridan's experience with Kellie Rose has made me a dedicated patron. read more

This is a no frills, 1960's style barber shop. By no frills I mean you get a haircut and that's it. No neck or ear shave, shampoo, etc. A haircut is $25. To me that's pricy as compared to the competition for the service you receive. I went here because I had been wanting to try it and my usual spot couldn't get me in. I had to go on a job interview so I needed to get it done. I made an appointment online. There was only one barber available that day as the others were booked. When I arrived he was surprised (Tony) as he didn't know I had an appointment. The haircut was of good quality and I will return the next time I am unable to get in to my regular place. read more

I loved the haircut and the service. The student barber was attentive. He tracked me down outside when I left my hat behind. I highly recommend this barbershop. read more

Only place I trust to fade me properly and provide amazing service to their guests. Been coming to this establishment for 10 years now. Have a standing appointment for an entire year because there is no one else that compares to their fades. They don't just specialize in fades either. Stylist are envious of these barbers and they should be. This is a real barber shop that focuses on their craft not craft cocktails. Cannot recommend them enough! read more

just an UNREAL experience at Sheridan's! best part is walking in and being greeted by all of the barbers. super family-friendly environment. I received a haircut and beard trim from Tom. the guy just knows what he's doing. attentive to what kind of look you're going for and even accommodates the direction your hair grows. potentially the best cut I have ever received. if you're anywhere in the area, be sure to stop by and get an affordable cut with phenomenal results! read more

I had a appointment with Yoshi, it took 50 minutes to get a "taper" which is what I asked for. In reality, bro just lined the back of my neck and side burns up and charged me 30 dollars. Was not a good experience whatsoever and I'd recommend many other places over this one. read more

Had a great experience here! As a woman it can be hard to find a barbershop that isn't discriminatory or makes you feel awkward, but thankfully I didn't feel that way at all here. Was Easy to make an apt online, was greeted when I walked in the door. Will did a great job, He was thorough, and very friendly. Will be back! read more

So we went to Sport Clips and they totally messed up my brothers hair the day before his Homecoming dance and Sheridans was the only place that agreed to take us even though they were busy. Thanks to Niko, he did an amazing job, total life saver! I recommend him to all my friends and family and will be going to him from now on. So lucky to have found him because it's near impossible to find a good barber. read more

After having to find a new barber shop following a few decades of great service at Sportsman's in Winfield I settled on Sheridans in Wheaton. ( I never really had to settle)The comfort of the old shop has been replicated without exception. The level of service and quality of haircuts is unmatched. I can't say enough good things about Antony and the rest of the crew at Sheridans!!!!!!!!! Whenever I walk in the barbers great you with a genuine spirit of friendship and warmth.THANKS for making me look clean and good. you can't go wrong choosing the people at this shop. I much prefer the locally owned barber shops over the huge chains and this place is a good example of why. The barbers are all down to earth and treat the customer with great care. Going in for a haircut is just a good time all around! They're quick, do a great job and it's especially affordable. read more

If you go, you must have Tom cut your hair. Anyone else is hit or miss. --Cash only, $17 men's cut Last time I went here, I got a simple buzz cut, and the barber did a poor job and it was uneven somehow. However, I had Tom one time and he did a great fade/ comb over. read more

Everything about this place is right. I got the best haircut I've had in years, and it was $15. You're not sitting and waiting....and waiting...and waiting. It's not a fade factory with misogynistic hip-hop blasting and the barber's "friends" sitting around and cussing. It's not a chain with people who have no clue how to cut mens' hair. It's not dingy and run-doiwn, like other men's barber shops that most guys have been to at some point in their lives. It's not an uppity, hipster-s**t "gentleman's salon" with outrageous prices and snob-factor and booze and other nonsense. Fast, friendly and you get a good haircut, too. Thank you, Tom. This is how all men's barber shops should strive to be. read more

5/6/2016 Great service in a well appointed "old school" full service Barber Shop. I stopped here last week while I was at the 2016 Chicago Pipe Show at the Pheasant Run Resort. I needed a quick clean up for my flat top. No waiting, right into the chair and off. The Barber, I believe was Tom, gave a great hair cut and told me about several places to eat that were close by. $15 for a buzzer and straight razor cut / clean up. Not bad considering the attention to detail and the amount of time spent in the chair. They are METICULOUS! Definitely not anything like a "Super Cuts" of "Sport Cuts" that's for sure. Keep up the good work and get a shoe shine stand! read more

Came in not knowing what to expect since this was my first time going to see a barber for a beard groom. Anthony Levato was my barber and he did an awesome job lining me up and trimming my beard. He's a down to earth realistic guy who made my visit very comfortable. The shop itself was very professional and had that old school feel. read more

I wanted to like this place because of the great reviews but I just can't. I've been here a few times (no more than 5) and usually it's hit or miss. But the one thing I can always say about this place is that they'll always cut your hair shorter than you want it, they just don't listen to you! I've gone in and literally showed them a picture of what I wanted just to get something entirely different. Wanted to grow my hair out and just came in for a trim, nothing crazy. They end up cutting 4 months worth of hair. However, the last time I came here it was just too ridiculous. I came in to get a faded quiff and they ended up giving me the worst haircut I've ever had, sides were too long and top was too short. This happened summer 2019 and I figured nothing could be done but atleast I can warn others. But let's say I'm a dude that doesn't care much about their hair. Well I have to say that the moment I walked it I just didn't really feel that welcomed, the vibe was off. I'm not gonna say it's because I'm Asian and no one else was, but let's just say it was because I wasn't a Wheaton townie. I'm sure they're all great people and mean well, but I had one too many terrible haircuts not to at least warn one other person. read more

This is my go-to shop for getting a haircut and beard trim. Vinny the Barber always does the job and he is a fun guy to talk with since we are the same age and grew up around the old Melrose Park at the same time. Lots of fun memories! read more

I usually requested the same haircut every time from the same barber for years. When I moved to the West suburbs, I started going to Sheridan's and Tommy was instantly my new go-to barber. He has some serious skill with a straight blade and shears. The other barbers there are all great, so I've always been able get an impressive cut and shave from all of them. I had a special event coming up and asked Tommy for something different. He let me know what would work, what wouldn't, and gave me a great cut. He also showed me how to make it look the same on my own. Since then I bring in a new photo of a style every once in a while and he never disappoints. I don't need to worry about appointments and the wait is never long. They keep a clean shop and all the barbers there are great too (there are no stylists, but all of them can give a close shave). Parking on the street can be a pain, but there's parking behind the buildings to the West and along the tracks. I wish he was open past 2 on Saturday, but respect that he still needs time for himself. He got a skill and I don't want him to burn out. Thanks for all the great cuts! read more

My two teen boys went to Sheridan's to get haircuts. They both had pics of exactly what they wanted. They even gave verbal directions as to what they wanted. Well, what they wanted is not what they got. The haircuts they got were terrible. I honestly believe we could have had better cuts at Great Clips. Even the kids at their school were asking where they got such terrible haircuts. If you just want a buzz cut, then go to this place. If you want ANYTHING else, go somewhere else. read more

Decent haircut for decent price. I moved to the burbs and was looking for a good barber and it looks like I found one. Men's cuts are $17.
