Long wait time and I felt ignored. There is no privacy in the reception area or the adjoining treatment room. Everyone can see you being treated and listen to your symptoms and treatment plans. It is uncomfortable being here. read more

I was referred to Sheridan Chiropractic by my daughter. I haven't been to the chiropractor in years because mine retired and I was afraid to go just anywhere. She reassured me they were great and very clean (I'm a germaphobe). I was especially glad to hear that in the middle of quarantine. I love that they take the time to explain what is about to be done, the causes of your pain and what to expect in the future. I hurt my neck the other day. They took me in right away. Dr. John and his amazing staff - Mia and Rebecca. They were amazing to us. My family was involved in a car accident and we needed some help. Myself and my two children were in some serious rehab and help. Dr. John and the girls were amazing support through this time. They booked appointments and even rebooked and were very professional all the times that we had needed to rebook. It was never a problem and they were super nice. They always had a great personality and conversation whenever we came into the office. Dr. John had a lot of knowledge about xrays, Mris and treatments for our conditions and how to help. He was very gentle with the treatments and I had appreciated that. Whenever we came in he was super professional and very knowledgeable about the pain areas and how to fix it. They performed their magic and within 3 months I had regained most of my ability to walk and function as normal. I am so very appreciative to the staff at Sheridan for their amazing support and help through this time. I would suggest 3 pm appointments or Friday's they are usually very dead !! Also their is a lot of parking in the complex and very little traffic and easy to access. The girls are super helpful if you need to reschedule too ! Came here recommended by my Lawyer after getting into a car accident to get my back adjusted and let me tell you they were amazing! Dr.John is a miracle worker, professional, and made me feel so comfortable there but what made the experience better was the hospitality I recieved from Mia and Rebecca who took their time to assist me when filling out paperwork and hooking me up to STEM. They make you feel welcome and work around your schedule which is very convenient. I no longer get adjusted because I finished my time there but I still recommend them even after your sessions are over because getting adjusted helps big time! I don't Yelp much but I'm taking the time to share my experiences with Sheridan chiropractic RIVERSIDE office (there's more than one location). The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Mia, Valentine and Raul have answers to all your questions!! There is a "sign in" computer screen when you get there to check in on. This tells them who you are and it also asks you to log your symptoms and body part concerns. Ie: back, knee, shoulder, neck etc. This allows you to log your concerns and progress as you go and you don't constantly have to repeat your concerns to the staff. It's all right there in the system for them to see. And the staff is very helpful showing you how to navigate the screen and log in process. They help show you an exercise or stretching regimen specifically for the injured area or problematic areas of concern. And walk you thru it! I'm a bit older and have multiple joints and back issues. Dr John is very kind and expresses genuine concern for my overall health and explains everything he is going to do BEFORE he manipulates any part of my body. He takes extra time in areas of real concern (I have a trouble shoulder) and is gentle but gets the results I need. I would recommend this place to my mother, my friends, and loved ones. I have been coming here for a few weeks now and I signed up for a plan which, to me, is reasonably priced and affordable. I now go 3x a week and I'm feeling better every time I go. After going to ER to be examined they suggested that if the pain did not subside that I may need therapy. I've never had therapy wasn't sure what to expect. I was going here for a lawsuit injury. The staff and Dr were always friendly and smiling and took care of me. They knew me by name the first day I walked in which I was surprised by. The Dr was able to take xrays of my ankle and my neck right there in the back room and found out that my neck injury was worse then I assumed.
