Andy came out to our home a couple of hours after I called him. He gave us a very reasonable quote and included fixing a few good sized cracks in the stucco, caulking around our patio and painting both balcony floors and 5 outside doors. Ari and Mauricio started the job 2 days later and finished in 3 1/2 days. Exceptional prep work - fixing damaged wood, sanding everything nicely and taping so there was no over-paint. These guys are great workers. And Andy is really easy to work with. He didn't charge anything extra for most of the extra work - but I gave them a little extra. Great job guys.

Sent out service requests via Yelp and Parker's Painting offered a competitive bid. They were not the lowest, but I appreciated the timely and professional communication. My house was left as if there wasn't any work done and the results were even better. The wall, corner, and ceiling look as if there was never anything there. Bookmarking Parker's for sure for any future drywall or paint work we may need.

They also help trim back some of the vegetation from wrought iron fence that they painted. Very happy with the process and results. It was my husband and my first time trying to find a painting company to paint the exterior of our…read morehouse since the front of the houses paint was starting to peel and the stucco paint didn't match when it was fixed at one point due to water damage. We found two companies to come out to give us a quote, which was Bright Painting & Heights Painting. Peter from Heights Painting came out first. He gave me a quote of $1200 for the front, partial side of the house, the peak above the front of the house, and $300 for the stucco on side of the house. Sunny from Bright Painting came out and the first thing she decides to do is peel off my paint on my house. I had attached a picture to show you how much she peeled off. I understand the paint is really bad, but we didn't give her any authorization to peel the paint off when she is only coming here to give us a quote and we don't know when we may end up doing the painting. Once she gave us a quote, it was $500 more compared to Heights Painting. Their price and unprofessionalism already made them lost our business and interest. We went with Peter since his price was very reasonable, professional, and had great reviews. He was able to do the project earlier than it was scheduled. The front of the house took 2 days to do and the side stucco was about 1 hour. The paint job came out really nice on the house. When the job was done, everything was clean and they were careful to tape off areas that weren't supposed to get painted. Peter was very friendly and had great communication. We would definitely use him again.
