Sean and his team are the best around. I first hired them at my first house in Morris for a leaky roof. First of all, he was the only contractor to answer the phone and show up. He and his team solved the issue and made further repairs and improvements without damaging my property or landscaping. When finished, you couldn't tell they had even been there. Recently we got our association to hire them to redo the roofs in our whole complex. Other than weather delays, they have been timely and efficient. The whole complex looks great! I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend Shenberg Construction to anyone. They're the best in the area! Shenberg Roofing just completed an extremely difficult 140 year old house for us that had to have four old roofs torn off, new sheeting and beautiful new shingles installed. Other roofing contractors wouldn't touch it!! I was so very impressed with Sean, Wade and his entire crew with their professional work ethic, craftsmanship and attention to detail (even clean up). The crew was pleasant and meticulous in making sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Rarely does home improvement projects exceed ones expectations but Shenberg surely did!!! DO NOT use this company for your roofing needs. They did a complete tear off and reshingle for me. Upon completion I had 2 separate 3rd party inspections done. Both failed by state licensed inspectors. I have copies of the inspections along with coordinating photos for anyone interested. They didn't even install flashing in some sections. The roof now leaks in multiple locations. Now they are unresponsive in correcting their poor craftsmanship. Will not answer or call back. Very unprofessional. read more

I had a new roof put on last May 2018 it start to leak in May of 2019 Sean came out told me he fixed it been out three time now still isn't fixed. Now he wont even reply to me anymore so be careful who you get to roof your home. He gave me 5 years workmanship guaranteed ,but as you can see he not honoring it. read more

We had our roof replaced about 15 years ago by a different roofing company, and had a few problems with the work. When we contracted with Shenberg Construction this year to replace that roof, Sean put us at ease with his professionalism and reputation. We had to have some new wood installed before the new liners and shingles could be put on, so the job took 2 days to complete, instead of 1. The crew at Shenberg Construction were hardworking and attentive to getting the job done right, including final clean up. In comparison, a neighbor had a different roofing company begin the same day Shenberg started working on our roof. Two days later, the other roofing company was still working on the neighbor's roof, and they didn't even need new boards. The price was competitive and quality was excellent. read more
