The attention to detail and the quality of finished work product actually exceeded my expectation. In regards to this project, as the customer, I felt like RBC went above and beyond, yet I'm sure you see it as de rigueur. I thank you for the clear and concise communication between me and my sister in the coordination and conduct of the work, You made our input feel important; no matter how big or how small. I also commend you on how you readily answered questions, return calls, provided feedback, recommendations and meet with other contractors to coordinate the dependency work supporting the overall work product; and that the project overall was completed in such a timely manner. I want you to know that you (RBC), your subcontractor company (KNAM Construction Co.), et al (I wish I know their names), who came to my home to do work whose names I unfortunately do not know were described by my sister as...
