The staff were nice and they have a great read and return policy to get a discount on a future purchase within 90 days, but ultimately in the airport selection is everything. Note: Heritage has multiple locations in the airport but their flagship location that I'm reviewing is in Concourse E.

They have a few shop cats that are super cute and friendly. They do professional tarot and psychic readings here. They have multiple readers to choose from. They also have a lot of fun events. There's a TV screen on the wall near the cash register that plays short news stories and editorial content, but the overhead audio was matching another TV in the bagel shop causing some cognitive dissonance as things didn't match up and I didn't realize there was a TV behind me. On my visit I was the only person in the shop aside from my boyfriend, so it was a quiet place to browse while killing time between flights.
