I've always tried to give this place some grace but it's disappointing every single time…read more Scheduled appointments always take 20+ minutes of waiting before you actually get seen, so your actual scheduled time doesn't even matter. I understand doctors may run behind but every single visit should not warranty you waiting that long. No one answers the phones, ever. I have only been able to get an actual human on the phone once & I have been going there for multiple months for orthodontic treatment. I have spent over 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone at times & it never happens. Choosing the option for a call back to "save your spot in line" instead of waiting on the phone won't do you any justice because you will still never receive a call back. It should never take 7 calls to try & reschedule an appointment, none of those 7 times in one day did anyone respond. Front desk staff is not pleasant either. Do not reccommend. There are other local places who will give you better care but also better hospitality when it comes to communication with patients.

Please look into a REAL orthodontic office before wasting your time and money here and please don't let these people pressure you to do anything you aren't comfortable with. They literally gave me the worst attitude when I wouldn't agree to letting them remove my tooth! I consulted with other orthodontic offices and they also put me on a very affordable plan and said pulling teeth is not called for at all.

The teeth cleaning was fine. The dentist service was fine. I wouldn't get major dental work done…read morehere as it seems like they have dated equipment. However this was an awful experience due to Theresa. Theresa, one of the front desk ladies, was one of the rudest employees i've dealt with, period. 1) When i first scheduled the teeth cleaning appointment she insisted that I give out my social security number, which i didn't want to do. This is typically used to verify and follow up with payments. However, I have had issues with identity stolen in the past and don't want an issue with my identity being stolen in the future. I work in software and dental security systems are often not so secure. I asked if there was a way around this, she said yes as long as i verified my insurance beforehand. I did the extra legwork to provide proof of insurance and even called delta dental to verify. The insurance was verified and they gave me a sheet with available services and credits i had available before starting the cleaning. After the cleaning Theresa again asked for my social. I said no to which argued with me in office after my teeth cleaning, was yelling at me despite having verified insurance and had paid already. 2). She was the person i had scheduled my appointment with and neglected to mention they have a charge for PPE protection due to covid. Not a big deal, and i want to support small business especially in these times. The charge for ppe protection is $10. Which to me seems ridiculous especially because she didn't mention it beforehand. They're already charging my insurance over $100 why are they making a profit from masks? Do the math. If they see 1 patient an hour for 8 hours a day that's $80. A mask or set of masks isn't that much. I only came into contact with 3 people. So they're making extra money off their customers during this time? 3) The dentist provided me with a $15 thing of special toothpaste. She made a mistake and forgot to charge me for an item when I left from my teeth cleaning way back in the summer of 2020 (it's December 2020 now). She had been sending follow up mail to the wrong address and i only received a phone call today to pay for the toothpaste. During this time they had added $0.61 of finance charges. I asked for them to be removed, because of the principle. She said she would drop them and asked if i would just pay the $15. I said yes and gave my credit card information. She then said she was adding back the $0.61 to the bill. It's $0.61, and really doesn't matter at the end of the day, but the pettiness involved here is insane. Absolutely disgusting service.

But the way they treated me yesterday with patience, respect, and kindness made a huge difference. What I appreciated the most was the privacy they give to each patient. The staff was incredibly friendly and very willing to help, which is something I truly loved about this place. In the past, I've gone to dental offices where I didn't feel cared for and it seemed like they were just checking teeth without really caring about your dental health. Here, I felt the complete opposite. I highly recommend this place. 10/10 experience.

I had an appointment this morning to get mouth surgery well I didn't make it to King Soopers in time to get the anesthesia meds they gave me yesterday.. I didn't have a ride until last night it was before 5pm cause my pharmacy is just like 5 mins away so I made it like 4450pm to pick up the meds but when I get there I'm told it was sent to the 64th and ward Road king Soopers. Well I was asked if the king Soopers on Ralston Rd was the correct pharmacy I said yes because that's where I go. How it got sent to ward Road idk. I called to let them know what happened because I get really bad anxiety at the dentist and the thought of all my teeth being pulled is terrifying for me so I didn't go in at my 8 o'clock scheduled appointment I know it's frustrating to have people not show up but it wasn't my fault had it been sent to the correct pharmacy I would have had it and been there at 8. So I'm talking to the girl who sent the meds and she gets all rude and says the prescription has been sent since Friday and was mad that I had to be rescheduled for Monday. I didn't have a ride to get the meds on Friday or Saturday but I had one yesterday and I thought everything was ok because I thought it was at the pharmacy I go to. Well I called back again after being rescheduled to Monday and I asked if it was possible to get in later today and she's even more rude. And sounds angry that I even asked such a question. If this is how people get treated for things that aren't even their fault maybe I should just find someone else who has people that are understanding because this was not my fault and if she couldn't remember exactly what kiing Soopers it was she should have called and asked again. Not everyone has a car to get around or can take public transportation. I needed to be there today my teeth have been bothering me all weekend. And now I have to wait cause she didn't send my meds to the correct pharmacy. If anyone should be upset it should be me. Cause if I hadn't called back before my appointment I wouldn't have been seen today anyway because she forgot to call me back to get the meds going on the first place.

Dr. Hutchinson is so kind and gentle so if you are an anxious person when it comes to the dentist, I highly recommend him. Dr. Whiteley is not as kind and sensitive toward anxious patients and I felt he automatically and perhaps prematurely directed me to get a root canal, and when I came in for my next visit because I hadn't gotten the root canal yet, Dr. Hutchinson instead placed a crown and it has been fine since, so I won't see Dr. Whiteley anymore when I make appointments. The staff are amazing, and allow me to book appointments via email which is much more convenient for me. All my dental work under Dr. Hutchinson has been beyond expectations and I return because of him! Dr. Spencer I have seen on 2 occasions and he is also very good.
