These are the type of places where you want to visit & are 100% worth it! Pieces went flying. Within days, I went back to the store with my receipt and the broken flipper set and asked for refund. They refused. Said I didn't have the broken pieces (?!). Then they said that it "wasn't their fault." They refused to stand by the product they sold. There's no return policy on the receipt and none posted that I saw. They certainly didn't point a policy out to me or reference it when I was there. They just REFUSED to acknowledge that they sold a a DEFECTIVE product or to stand behind their merchandise. Look, this is a store full of cheap tourist trinkets. I didn't expect (even for $30) a high end quality product. However, I did expect that my son would get a few uses out of the item. Shoddy. Cheap. All around infuriating.
