Asked about the reason for not a proper price tag on the necklace and was told they removed the tags because there was a price increase. We let them keep the necklace... There's a good mix of chic and comfortable clothing, shoes, and jewelry. I was actually quite impressed with the variety in shoes, from sandals to slides to wedges. Some items were on the pricier side (think $50 for a dress), but some are quite affordable, plus their sale section had a few items to browse. I left with a top ($40), a romper/dress ($36), some blinged out slides (on sale for $15) and a hand sanitizer keychain holder ($18). One unique thing I appreciated was that even for their shoes that were on sale, they had additional sizes in the back! With most places, what is on the shelf is all they have, but it was different here (specifically for shoes). Once inside you see a mix of wooden, metal and ceramic artworks. They also have handbags, swimsuits, some glassware and jewelry items. It struck me that this store seemed a little out of place, as if it belonged more in the area of the Woodlands near Houston, as opposed to the more pedestrian crowd on the island. I went to the Island Native Surf Shop hoping to get my Bike repaired. It had a dent in the front…read morewheel which hit my brakes every rotation rendering it unusable. The shop Owner was extremely helpful, friendly and started to work on my bike immediately. It took him less than 10 minutes to perfectly fix it at an Incredible reasonable price! During that time, I looked around in his shop and found high quality surfing accessories including surfboards, bikes, clothing, swimsuits and jewelry. In addition, they have all things for sun protection and healing at descent prices. I'll definitely come back with my Wife for shopping.

The quality of the clothing and other wares is a little better while staying within the same price range as those other stores. It is a lot smaller than most of those souvenir shops but quality wise, it really shines. The primary articles for sale in the shop is clothing and shoe wear. Lots of shoes and sandles! They also have windchimes, bags, hats, glassware, swimsuits, puzzles, games and books, but I did not see much in the way of inflatables. This establishment is worth checking out and the pictures below should peak your interest.
