Thieves, they steal money here, also over priced, products are higher than other Shell gas stations. Bad customer service.

DO NOT COME HERE!! it's filthy and I went to subway to get a meal. They sold me a meal and handed me my cup and the fountain machine was completely broken offering only Pepsi as an option. I don't drink soda so I asked if there was something else they could offer and they said no. So they took my money for the meal and I had to go without a drink. That's called theft. They didn't seem to care. I was gonna fill up my tank too for gas. After they stole from me, I said nope. So they lost my business for good and I would've spent another $80 on gas they lost all over a $2 drink. I'll never go back ever. If you're smart you won't either. The place is filthy too. read more

This place is horrible. Also get a receipt as they frequently make errors and overcharge. Then take weeks to give refunds and clear pending transactions. Avoid using this place if you care about your money! read more

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! The pumps are forever broken they never give a receipt and when you go inside they give you the wrong receipt. My card was declined 3x and they still took $85, for what? It's VERY Annoying when there's no receipts in any of the pumps, or you have to constantly shut the pump off at $85 and keep pumping especially when someone is buying over $400 worth of fuel like myself. read more

1 bathroom stall = 1 star Highway side gas station with 12 gas pumps and a Subway with only one unisex bathroom that was described as a "prison cell without a cot" by one of our group. I didn't get the full experience because peed around back. Fuck this place if you have a car full of people who have to pee. read more

Don't know her name, but the white lady with the bad brows is always so rude and completely unprofessional. I've seen her be rude to other customers, but have always minded my own business since I don't want any trouble. Anyway, I won $50 in a scratcher and went to exchange it for a beer & a candy & the rest of my scratcher money. When I went in to pay, the lady starts complaining and telling me to add more items. Unsure of why she was telling me to add more items and saying I had to few things, I added more items so that she'd stop embarrassing me and making a scene. Not sure why I listened to her since I didn't need anything else, but I did. Then she starts giving me attitude saying "are you serious? You're going to take all of my change. Go buy more things so you'll get less change!" I didn't have anything else to add since I already added a lot more unnecessary items. I didn't say anything, I just stood there and she starts talking bad about me to her coworker saying "this customer's being annoying and taking all of my change. I told her to buy more things & she won't listen!" Had I known in the first place that she didn't have change, I would've understood and just gone somewhere else, but she didn't let me know until she started being rude & making a scene in front of other people. She acted as if I knew how much change she has in her drawer. At that point, I should've just taken my business elsewhere since she was extremely rude about it, but her friendly coworker stepped in and gave me the change so I felt bad to make a return since her coworker was kind and apologized. Tip: if you don't have change, NICELY let the customer know! Some of us work retail and understand that that happens! You don't have to be rude about it! That lady needs to be fired, retrained or at the very least written up. I never want her to be my cashier again. It sucks cause I know she's there a lot so I'm going to have to drive out further so I could go to a different gas station and yes, I made a yelp account just to complain about this lady. Absolutely the worst experience at a gas station ever! I told cashier that I was on the diesel pump out by 11, there are four different diesel pumps, and the number 11 faces the store, trying to give her a visual, so she puts me ON 11 when the diesel pump is on 12 . She wants me to go back and hang up the pump which I do and then I come back because it still hasn't started pumping gas. I walked back and forth FOUR TIMES! She says, "I'm too busy, or I would come start the pump for you." We owned a gas station for 10 years, I know HOW to pump gas, and do not appreciate the condescending tone, but I try one more time. I finally gave up trying to pump gas and went to the Shell on Hwy 18, where they are more friendly and the gas is actually much cheaper. read more

I bought 10 dollars worth of gas on my Visa card. Shell gas station put a $75.00 hold on my card without my knowledge. I noticed the hold several hours later. I immediately contacted them. The manager said it will be 24 hours before they lift the hold. Its been THREE days now. I contacted the main office (District Office) who stated that they cannot lift the hold only the Shell Gas Station that put the hold on the card. Also, they told me to contact my bank. My bank stated that only the Shell gas station can lift the hold. DO NOT USE a credit card at Shell gas station. I still have not received my money back. The hold is still on my card. Its like they have stolen $75.00 from me and will not return it. Also, the receipt dispenser was out of paper and I did not get a receipt. BAD business and BAD service read more
