The employees have all been cool and nice. The store is nicely lit at night and they have two individual bathrooms for men & woman. The store looks really organized and clean too which is nice. Not even 10 minutes ago a large, elderly woman with a small child came in swearing up a storm at the cashiers to get her Courvoisier "because it's payday." She was screaming to get her drink "right f-ing now." She told the cashier to "hurry the f up." I honestly thought she was going to pull a piece. There are two individual bathroom stalls and one guy didn't lock the door and was sitting on the toilet when I went to check the door. Yikes. After I used the other restroom (clean) another woman came in screaming "how long is this going to take" that the pump outside wasn't "f-ing working" (this is the convenience store connected to a Shell station.) When the cashier told her she had to pick the nozzle she complained about the customer service. When I checked out with my fruit snacks I asked the cashier if it was normal for customers to cuss them out he said yes. I am seriously concerned for the safety of the staff here because of the out-of-control customer base here.

First time here... upon entry, the atmosphere of the depot is different compared to other food marts. This one is unique indeed... I think it is the colors of the merchandise that creates a different feel. Anyway, I walked around just to see what they sell. Well, they have draft beer + lots of other beers (there is a beer cave???) and a good variety of snacks and stuff. I wanted to buy something because I was in here for a while. I was looking for Jarritos which is a Mexican soda. Funny, I asked the staff and they weren't familiar with it, but two customers answered my question instead LOL. Anyway, they don't carry Jarritos. I ended up getting a can of Arizona black & white iced tea. First time trying it... it was okay. Not too sweet, but not bland either. As for the scratchers, I had won $18 + 3 tickets. The nice gentleman behind the counter said I can get the whole sha'bang in cash $21... I took the cash... I scratched enough already LOL. Should I have future scratchers to redeem or need to get new scratchers or lotto tickets, I will return here for sure. Thank you!

I visited the Arco Car Wash in Victorville hoping the majority of the dusty grime would dissipate . . . paying $6.95 for the full service car wash, but the car wash was terribly insufficient removing the fine desert dust, dirt, and grime. I went inside the Arco Store wanting Yolanda Magna, sales clerk to let me re-do my car wash, but she left. The other sales clerk inside said, "No." So, I couldn't re-do my car wash! Waaahhh~I guess I have to wait until I arrive home to properly have my car washed. What a drag seeing outside through a dirty windshield!

That staff even told my 80 YO mother to follow up with Walgreens in Arizona regarding the issue. I called and talked to David, their pharmacist. He understood the discrepancy and the necessity to expedite re-dispensing her prescriptions to prevent health issues - hypertensive urgency. We were told to come for pick up within an hour. Later, David followed up on the process issue. Just to found out that my mother got enrolled to mail order system without her consent and the mail order distribution center is in AZ. This is what a good customer service supposed to be. Not to let your customers leg work for the resolution of the issue.
