Other CVS locations have consistently applied this discount without issue. At this location, the barcode was not applied, and I paid full price multiple times. After raising the concern, I was informed there would be a review of the situation and possible reimbursement, but the matter remains unresolved. I had one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I've ever had at this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist, Summer Trungh, told me my prescription was "not FDA approved" without properly explaining what that meant, then spoke to me in an aggressive and confrontational manner. When I calmly questioned this and asked for clarification, she escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it. She raised her voice and discussed my medication loudly in front of other customers, which was humiliating and felt like a complete violation of my privacy. I was then told they would not fill my prescription at this location and was threatened that my doctor would be reported, even though there was no clear explanation of any wrongdoing. At no point was I treated with respect, professionalism, or discretion. I left feeling judged, intimidated, and extremely uncomfortable. Pharmacies deal with sensitive medical issues, and patients deserve to be spoken to privately and respectfully--this was the opposite of that. I would strongly recommend CVS corporate review how this location handles patient interactions, because no one should be treated this way when seeking medical care. If you use the CVS app, I recommend confirming that your barcode is scanned and that your discounts are properly applied before completing payment. This Walgreens is 24 hour and not very far from my house so I come here often during the night. I…read morenormally need last minute items like milk or shampoo when I shop here but I also always find myself here around the holidays. Today is the night before Easter and I needed stuff for my kids Easter baskets because I couldn't help but give them their baskets early. Now I'm last minute shopping at 10pm for quick replacement baskets. I was able to find plenty of items to put inside their baskets. They had a lot of stuff still in stock and available. I wish the prices were better on some of the items but I couldn't be picky. I have used this store for prescriptions but it's been years because I normally use Kaiser. When I have used Walgreens the 24 hour service is nice and so is the drive thru that they offer.

First time here... upon entry, the atmosphere of the depot is different compared to other food marts. This one is unique indeed... I think it is the colors of the merchandise that creates a different feel. Anyway, I walked around just to see what they sell. Well, they have draft beer + lots of other beers (there is a beer cave???) and a good variety of snacks and stuff. I wanted to buy something because I was in here for a while. I was looking for Jarritos which is a Mexican soda. Funny, I asked the staff and they weren't familiar with it, but two customers answered my question instead LOL. Anyway, they don't carry Jarritos. I ended up getting a can of Arizona black & white iced tea. First time trying it... it was okay. Not too sweet, but not bland either. As for the scratchers, I had won $18 + 3 tickets. The nice gentleman behind the counter said I can get the whole sha'bang in cash $21... I took the cash... I scratched enough already LOL. Should I have future scratchers to redeem or need to get new scratchers or lotto tickets, I will return here for sure. Thank you!

I had techs lie to me on the phone about filling my life saving medication 4 seperate times, tell me that my new prescription was outdated or doubled when it was sent in from my same day appointment, then they said that it was my insurance causing an issue, and when confronted by me and my insurance that had already approved it, they still refused to fill it. First, saying it was a duplicate, then saying they never received the script, then hung up on my insurance company, then said it would be ready in an hour and a half, then said they have no prescriptions for me even though I receieved a phone conformation for the script I received. This frustrated both me and my insurance company significantly. The cherry on top was when they started making fun of my name, laughing and joking calling me "Natalie Nuts" (I'm talking about you, Vanessa, and your colleagues working with you today at around 4pm). Their lack of maturity or capacity to do their jobs were violently apparent. I never received an apology or even an attempt at one for this. I contacted my doctor again, and they sat on the phone listening to the techs laugh for minutes on end, screwing around with each other while the phone sat on the counter and they refused to take calls and answer questions. Even after my pcp had their RX dept. Contacted them about the fill, they claimed it would not be a big deal to pick up and my pcp confirmed that they were told that, but they are still telling me that they are refusing to fill the medication. Both the entire front desk staff at my pcp's office and the insurance were telling me how upset they were, and all had the same story of them laughing and screwing around and taking absolutely nothing seriously, wondering why something so simple turned into this disgusting lack of composure and medical misconduct. Even at the end, they lied to my pcp tried to act like I was filling a completely different and unrelated asthma medication that I picked up days prior, even though Walgreens, my pcp, and my insurance company all had the conversation with them about what medication it was for. I shouldn't be lied to repeatedly about accessing my life saving medication that my doctor and insurance both approved of as a mandatory part of my treatment. This Walgreens's conduct is disgusting and I would not recommend coming here unless your health is NOT a priority. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and this location should be entirely shut down.
