The employees have all been cool and nice. The store is nicely lit at night and they have two individual bathrooms for men & woman. The store looks really organized and clean too which is nice. Not even 10 minutes ago a large, elderly woman with a small child came in swearing up a storm at the cashiers to get her Courvoisier "because it's payday." She was screaming to get her drink "right f-ing now." She told the cashier to "hurry the f up." I honestly thought she was going to pull a piece. There are two individual bathroom stalls and one guy didn't lock the door and was sitting on the toilet when I went to check the door. Yikes. After I used the other restroom (clean) another woman came in screaming "how long is this going to take" that the pump outside wasn't "f-ing working" (this is the convenience store connected to a Shell station.) When the cashier told her she had to pick the nozzle she complained about the customer service. When I checked out with my fruit snacks I asked the cashier if it was normal for customers to cuss them out he said yes. I am seriously concerned for the safety of the staff here because of the out-of-control customer base here.

They know this and have a HUGE gas station that can move 6 cars at a time on every line. You will also see trucks filling up the underground tanks here many times during the day so don't worry about getting stale gasoline that has been sitting around for months like some other stations. After gas, if you are hungry--get a hot dog or pizza inside. After gas if you need the BR--go inside.

Circle K in Victorville, CA…read more This is the newest gas station in the city and although the trash is overflowing and all over the ground, it's still the cleanest we saw. That says something. It had a check out area inside where you place all the items on the stand and it scans it all. No customer service agent needed. The bathrooms had a code and they seemed clean-ish but they ran out of paper towels in the women's bathroom. This circle K had a lot of food and drink options including hot and cold food. It seems like they had less workers up front which might explain why the trash isn't being handled properly.

Lie about prices. Was overcharged for chew by $3 for nearly a month until I went in early one night a different cashier rung me up the correct price for buying 2! When I had asked prior why I was paying more than advertised the two women cashiers looked at each other and said it's the taxes. Then when I asked for receipt they claimed they couldn't. Today was the last straw. Went in bought tobacco, they had Free Zyn with any purchase. She asked I said yes, added my number and then as she watches me swipe my card as she's stuffing food into her face, she says, "Oh, I can't add it now!". She literally watched me do all of this and said nothing til I paid. This also happens to be the same one who was overcharging me $3 for chew prior. And the only thing missing from the front of the store are tents and piles of feces.
