Probably not a more convienant location in town. They sell gas, cold drinks, beer, snacks, sandwiches and basic grub suitable for a day at the beach. Walk in wearing your bathing suit or wrapped in a towel right off the beach, it's that kind of place, grab what you need and literally walk back to the beach across the street. It is not fancy but it serves its purpose and sometimes when you find yourself without an absolute must have you may find yourself singing their jingle "Oh, thank heaven for 7-eleven."

I have never in my life had worse customer service. The…read moremanager, Theresa was nasty insulting and made racial and ethnic slurs against me. I told her my car wash wasn't working. I had threw away my receipt but remembered the code. The receipt was in the car wash garbage and would like a credit. She told me I was lying. She said I was ignorant to throw out a receipt, and that she didn't believe me and I was just a troublemaker looking for a free car wash! I was so insulted that I went into the garbage and brought back my receipt at which time she started imitating a deaf person with her hands and saying I needed to fill out a paperwork and then I reminded her of some lowlife back alley Southside, St. Pete person. I told her I had a masters degree and was a Financial advisor and that she was insulting me and asked to talk to the owner and she said the owner would run circles around me and that I shouldn't come in her store anymore because I always try to find a way to have some kind of a argument. In my life I have never asked for a refund on a car wash. Nor given her trouble. I buy the most expensive gas 3x a week there. I will never go into that business again. Theresa needs to be fired, she was deliberately trying to entice a fight and I will proceed with legal actions against her and the Store!!!!

If you're coming from the Tyrone direction you can turn in right before the light so you don't have to make a U-turn, it involves turning at the dry cleaner and then making a right into the back entrance by there car wash. They have about 16 pumps, since the BP gas station closed it's the only station in that area. Price always seems fair. Awesome beer selection inside, but as someone else stated, check the dates on the beer. The store is pretty clean, bathrooms are clean. The gas station has a car wash, and air/vacuum machine. Ample parking, it offers three entrances/exits so it's never backed up.

When you bring it to the attention of the in store employee, they're not friendly or receptive. The other day, the pump charged my card twice, and when I went inside, there was another group of people at the counter complaining. One woman said they put a $174 hold on her card, but she only received 49 worth of gas? I'm not sure what she meant, by them placing a hold on her card...to me, it sounds really alarming. They are overpriced inside, too, compared to other gas stations when it comes to snacks. I will avoid this place at all costs.
