I was pretty disappointed since that's my favorite soup and I was starving. She apologized, explained what they still had, and offered to make the chicken noodle soup if I wanted it. What stood out was how she related to me right away, mentioning how she loved the corn chowder too. It felt genuine. I went with the chicken noodle soup, and she made it with a smile. While it wasn't able to sooth my soul, Briana's attitude made the whole thing better.
