The staff has always been friendly and professional. The best thing has always been the wash. I prefer automatic soft touch washes with spinning mechanisms which are not conveyor fed. This wash has always done a great job for me. It is large enough to fit an SUV through. It is a good idea to always call ahead before using the wash because sometimes it may not be open because of maintenance or if temperatures are below freezing. I have never noticed the wash being too busy to go through, though. If you purchase a wash and do not use it immediately, keep in mind Exxon usually allows up to 14 days to use the wash after purchase. You have to keep the receipt with the wash code. Ask the attendants to be sure, though. Good facility!

Here's my personal experience: I brought my car in there a week ago for brakes & an alignment. Not only did he do a simply spectacular job on both - that even the dealership the car came from over its history, could never get actually right... here now, is what outstanding, HONEST SERVICE is all about... So, this past week, I start to notice a "banging" sound whenever I go over a bump, now coming from what seems like somewhere in the front suspension. Boo... very disconcerting! So I call Will - and he says simply "bring it in & I'll have a quick look at it". Yesterday, I bring it in & drop it in the AM, bracing myself for the worst. Will calls me later that afternoon & says "yer all set". - The car has an under-tray with heat-shielding and a lateral "stiffener bar" that the rivets fastening it to the plastic tray itself, had apparently on one side popped loose - so the stiffener arm was banging between the rocker-panel frame & the tray. He tells me it is typical a car it's age (12 years) as the metal rivets eventually vibrate/wear their way through the relatively soft plastic of the tray. So he re-rounded the tray holes & replaced all the rivets with new ones to correspond with the new "fresh" mounting hole sizes created. ..."You're now as good as new!" How much do I owe you, Will? ..."NO CHARGE" -!! :-O What??? ...How's That??? "Well, you know what - when I was doing the alignment & had the tray off - I shoulda probably noticed that - as it was not a sudden thing - and we coulda more simply just fixed it right then & there for you, without you going a week now hearing those bangs & worrying about it... so yeah... no charge - I insist!" How many mechanics out there would have/could have instead called me back a few hours later & quoted some additional $100's of needed suspension parts repair(s) needed? Which... I was fully "braced" for and thoroughly expected. How so totally AWESOME is it to know we have, as so clearly illustrated here - a local, in community mechanic/merchant - with such ethics - that you can absolutely TRUST completely, and without reservation like this!!! I would not hesitate one moment to highly recommend, and TRUST - Freedom Automotive - right here in our little Sykesburg - for any/all your automotive/mechanical service needs. I noticed half way through filling my tank that I was being charged more than that per gallon. Conveniently the receipt printer wasn't working. I finally walked in and had the cashier print me a receipt saying It was 2.83 per gallon and told her that's not what the sign said. she said I know the card price isn't listed... I would have gone to the next gas station down that was cheaper had I known the advertised price on the sign wasn't what I was going to be charged.

True enough, but at night you see the large neon numbers, not the small piece of cardboard. My issue was more with how he treated me, yelling and screaming that I was the problem and that he never wanted to see me in his store again. No problem there, as I wouldn't go back again no matter how cheap their gas is.

The staff was very attentive and engaged with each and every customer. This is so much more than a convenient store and head and shoulders above 7-11. I ordered a through the kiosk. The kiosk was very easy to operate/user friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The cashier noticed that a line was starting to form and her coworkers jumped in to assist quickly. My food was fresh and accurate. I will definitely return.

A piece from the interior of my car was left on top of the car, and when leaving, it fell off the roof and I had to pick it up off the side of the road. Overall not very impressed for $200 just interior detailing.
