And I've recently started using their app, also tied to Apple Pay, since it offers additional discounts. Depending on what direction you approach it from 72nd Street, getting in and out can be a challenge but nothing major. Every time I've visited there have been plenty of pumps, gas pricing has been good, and pump payments have always worked as desired. I recently went on a long holiday trip by car and bought a lot of my gas at BP stations between Nebraska and North Carolina and have come to appreciate the chain.

Cheaper than a lot of the places in the Omaha area and easy to fill up and no problems at all. Getting in and out can be a bit of an issue (same as with your sister) but it's not too bad. Just be careful when you're exiting (that's what my Mum said on the day I was born, the slut), so that you don't randomly end up in a housing project because it's only one way in and only one way out. By housing project I mean a rich apartment complex but still. Speaking of complex, you really aren't, are you.

My car was dirty and it needed a wash. I paid for a higher priced wash because of this. My car did not get clean so I went inside and spoke to the cashier. She brought the manager out and I took the mgr. outside to show how badly the car wash performed. I asked to be able to go through the wash again for no charge or get my money back. The manager said, "Sorry, I won't do any of this. Your car was too dirty for the wash, and you shouldn't come here to get your car clean." And just like that, I realized customer service is dead here, and I will never return...all over a $15 car wash. If you want a clean car don't stop here - drive another mile south and there are 3 other car washes that will clean your car properly AND stand behind the work.

Last week they stopped allowing the "Cash - Pay Inside" option. Apparently they had a couple of gas and go thefts. The big failure was that they changed it and didn't even bother to put up a sign. I thought the pump was malfunctioning. I can't say I blame the manager for not wanting to deal with theft, but the failure to communicate with their customers who had been paying cash for a while is complete failure. Put up a frigging "prepay only" sign. And since I can't fill up with cash and get the cash discount, not much point of going there.

I informed them this was the first time I had ever heard of that and I have been coming here for years. The guy was very rude and said that he had worked there for three years and he was doing his job and nobody else did their job. This may be the last time I come here for my gas and other items. Extremely disappointed from the rude service I received after being a loyal customer for many years.
