This would surely cheer up my little one as we are on food stamps and don't get to get gas station Pizza so this was a rare treat. It was a different story when I arrived at the cash register the cashier wanted to charge me for it, I explained the conversation I just had with another employee and she said that even they have to pay for it when they're getting ready to throw it out. Now I had to explain to my three-year-old of course he didn't understand that we weren't going to get any pizza so once I got out to the car I realize that I had five bucks in my pocket that my mother had given to me to come and see her the following day so I went back and I got the pizza I'm now sitting in my car and watching the employees laugh about our encounter while writing this review.

Later that week she gave me my bday present and I loved and always wanted one. Two weeks after the wash to our suburban I noticed that part of the hood and the whole top was scratched and looked like most of the paint was super dull looking. I called and asked for manager and left a message on Saturday for him to call me. Nothing. A week later I called again and left another message for him to call. Still nothing. So I called again 2 or 3 days later and got him on the phone. He said for me to come in and file a claim at the store. I did that and waited for a call back. Didn't get one again so I called back and he said the pictures weren't good when I filed the claim. SMH. So I took the suburban in again for him to look at it. Now he tells me I only keep video footage for 30 days which how convenient FOR HIM it has just past the 30 day mark. If that's even true!! All he really did was try to talk his way out of the damage. Like there is no way my Carwash could have done this. I haven't had any damage to vehicles before. Then I said well if you would have gotten back to me when I called we could have just watched the video. Then he said for me to get an estimate which I did and sent it over to him. it took another week for a response again. Now he finally got back to me and is basically refusing to do anything for the damage to my wife's vehicle. This took almost 2 months & now I have a damaged suburban and a membership to this Carwash that I don't even want to activate now!! I just can't believe how untrustworthy some people/businesses can be. It's really sad!! i want a refund and for them to take responsibility for what happened.

It wouldn't do any good for her to risk getting terminated while she is having to work all week due to one of the women went out on Maternity Leave and May not return to work. Due to her lack of Education she may not receive a Promotion until Corporate finds that she put in at least 6 months + before she may be eligible for a raise. To help her with Tuition Reimbursement and attempt to get her HS Diploma and Higher. I am her best hope of Success in the Future and help purchase a Home and not live in an Apt around the Corner from her Job.

However Loves Travel Centers advertise all amendities. Closing the showers due to being short staffed for a few hours overnight is unferstandable. However alot of us drivers like to be on the road at 6:00am in the morning. We like to be able to shower and shave in the morning and have breakfast and coffee before we start our day. Closing the showers until 6:30 in the morning is totally unacceptable. If you cant open the showers and place to eat by 4am close the place down or put signs up on the doors and make us aware that you cant accomadate all services that you advertise so that we can do business else where. I live in Valley so I have the choice to go to Fremont or Omaha and in this case I prefer going to Fremont. I haven't used their car wash but you get one free when you get an oil change.

I was able to drive right into an empty bay andwhile they worked on my car I stayed in the comfort of my vehicle. The staff members were incredibly friendly and worked together seamlessly, presenting themselves in a truly professional manner. The whole process only took about 20 minutes, and I was finished. While it did cost more than doing it myself (if I could/knew how), the price was comparable to what others are charging. Not to mention that they give you a free automatic car wash down the street with every oil change and I am very fond of that car wash!!! Ooh and I just love reading their sign out front for a good laugh! They are the best.
