Today was the last straw. Every single time I come here, I tell the staff the same thing: please make sure the compressed air dries the vehicle completely before I leave. Yet every single visit, as soon as I drive away, water starts dripping from the side mirrors, door sills, and other crevices. I end up having to dry the car myself at home, and that's when I notice everything else that was missed. The windows are streaky, there are water spots and stains left on the paint, dust is still on the vehicle, and the overall attention to detail is lacking. Today I asked why the rubber floor mats hadn't been wiped down. I was told, "We only vacuum them." The problem is, they hadn't even done that. The mats were still dirty. I finally told the manager, "I'm never coming back here." I've been a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money here over the years. It took me less than a minute to wipe down the rubber mats myself, but much longer to correct the rest of the poor workmanship. When I pay for a professional car wash, I shouldn't have to finish the job at home. And please don't offer me another free car wash card. A free wash isn't much of a solution when the quality of the wash itself is consistently disappointing. I genuinely hate leaving negative reviews, but after giving this business so many opportunities to improve, I can't recommend it anymore.

If you're not too familiar with cars and know you will have questions about your services then this is not the place.

Waited about 15 minutes in my car before he acknowledged my presence. Told him I needed an oil change. Without asking me any further questions he told me it would be an hour and a half and cost $180. In the past, the change is super quick and much more affordable. I said I just need an oil change, then he said for a change and a tire rotation it would be an hour and a half...I didn't ask for a rotation, I said. I just need an oil change. Okay for an oil change and a mandatory inspection it'll be an hour. No one was there. I had no one in front of me. I asked him, is there something new, I come here all the time and it's super quick service. No he said, it's always been like this. I declined and drove away. The kid was rude, was upselling me and clearly wasn't interested in my business.
