Rude gut at the receptionist today afternoon .The carwash didn't work well, I asked him for rewash my car since the carwash wasn't working well. On the second time, I tried to wash my car ,but the code he gave me didn't work. I asked him for another code, but he said "go away from here". What a rude guy instead of helping me. The best gas station in the Mission Area!!!! This gas station has car wash, vacuum, price of gas is cheaper, and the coffee is strong. Friendly service, nice store, and their snacks are good, not only do they have a great selection but great prices. Jerry is there every morning; he is always talking to you whenever you buying something. Their restrooms are always clean, good place to stop to wash your car, use the restroom, eat some, and get coffee before hitting the road! read more

The state has a new car wash machine and while it is nice, bright and newly painted inside, it does not wash properly. I had an unused code from a previous rain check and it did not accept it. $11 later the car was still not clean - many dirty spots and overall not shiny. read more

Worst drive-through car wash ever. There were so many problems getting my car washed here. It started with the fact that the machine only takes $1 and $5 so I had to leave my car in line and go pay inside since I didn't have exact change. The car washes are a lot more expensive than other gas stations ($7, 9, 11 or a dollar off if you got gas). The car wash itself is total crap. I bought the middle one ($9) and it sprayed my car for a few minutes with water and soap, but no foam rinse as indicated. The drying was god awful - it lasted just a few seconds so I had to towel off the car after I got home. The worst thing is my car got stuck in the wash and I had to back up and speed up just to get over the bump so I am never risking that again. Expensive, terrible wash and no drying means never again for me. read more

Car Wash from Hell. This carwash is so screwed up. Waited forever for the 4 cars in front of me to enter. Each one took super long...... OK. When I entered, I understood why. The device starts and then freezes part way with the scrubbers just spinning. I waited and waited and finally they moved. Then the green light went on saying I should move forward. OK. So I move forward two feet and the red light goes on again! Now the scrubbers move to 15 feet BEHIND THE CAR and are spinning away. Cleaning the air, I guess. Finally, they move toward my car and then clean half the car and then stop. Green light says I should move forward and the air blower goes on. I finally just left quickly realizing that the people behind me must be wondering what the hell is going on. NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

The store manager DALIA was very rude to me. I tried finding a contact to complain yet this is my only way. I told her I would make a way. So I only stopped by to purchase a lighter not noticing the "closed for training" sign in the window anyone could have missed. She was only training a guy on HOW TO ACTIVATE A CLIPPER CARD! SO instead of just turning to me she leaves me to stand for 5 mins only to ask me am I STUPID? Can I not read English? and points to the training sign. I stated she didnt need to be so rude. So I tried to get her name and she kept ignoring me to the point where sge ignored the poor truck driver delivering the gas for her and hes a busy man with a schedule to keep. By the time she let him in for his form to fill out I peeked at her badge to get her namr since sge wouldn't tell me. And yells shes the store manager at me and F**K ME , YOU STUPID SOMETHING RASCIST IN HER LANGUAGE. Not know shes just a manager and I actually work for SHELL REFINERY. I will not let this go until i reach someone at shell to handle this insensitive issue from someone whos closed for what is supposed to be a 24hr GAS STATION. you cant just talk to people anyway because of your position you hold. read more

I waited in line (a line that you cannot escape once you are in it) for ONE HOUR... Only to get to the front of the car wash and have it BREAK in the middle of the wash of the car before me. I have been through other machine washes before and this is hands down THE WORST. The system needs serious updating and cannot handle what other machine washes do easily (can't even take your code/payment while the car in front of you is in the wash). What a waste of an hour. I use this Shell because of the car wash. Unfortunately, the wash left behind a lot of dirt on my wheels and back bumper. It did virtually nothing remove the bird crap on my roof and hood. The dryers don't have a countdown so you don't know how long they are on. This meant the back of my vehicle was wet when I left. I can do a much better job (and for less $) at a self-service car wash. read more

It was 10:30 pm. I came here to fill up on gas on the way home. I had time to kill while filling up the car, so I decided I would cash in my winning lotto ticket. I walked up to the mini mart, and noticed they were not allowing customers to walk inside the store. However, there was a cashier who was still able to sell you things through the window. I asked him to cash in my ticket, and he said that he could not. He said they shut down the system already. I pointed to the sign posted on his window saying that there would be no lotto sales PAST 11:00 pm. If my calculations and simple arithmetic are correct, 10:30 is not past 11:00 pm. He said okay, let me see what I can do. After about 30 seconds of fumbling, and probably going "FML" in his head, he handed me back the ticket, and said sorry, can not do it. He told me to go to 7-11. I hate terrible service and lies. read more

I think we waited in line for half an hour for the car wash. This was after dealing with a parking lot as nonsensical as any I have seen. One side of all of the pumps was roped off so everyone had to go back in or out or turn around to fill their cars. It was chaos. We will not be going back. read more

Their carwash WILL DAMAGE your car. It became the most expensive $7 car wash ever. 1. it broke my audi's antenna. I've no idea how much it's gonna cost me to replace it. Because they have a disclaimer about "not liable for damages to your car", you basically have no recourse. I suggest NEVER GOING TO THIS GAS STATION FOR ANYTHING. 2. The car wash itself did a horrible job. Because you're using a drive-through, your expectations should be low. Still, I had no idea that it would do this poor of a job. 3. This isn't specific to this gas station, but the delays are as annoying as heck. When you're just getting gas, the bitch ass machines make you go through all these unnecessary steps before you can get to your gas. - Input your zip code (this is reasonable, for security purposes, though it protects CC companies more than protecting you) - DO YOU WANT A CAR WASH (HELL NO) - DO YOU WANT A RECEIPT? (stop wasting everyone's time and just print one) - Select gas type What you end up with is a selection process that takes about 45s, instead of 8s. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! It ripped off a piece of my bumper the last time I went in there. The cashier had to turn off the car wash to help me retrieve the part that it ripped off my car--this might be why the thing is broken or closed half the time, and why the line can take an hour to get through. I filled out some sort of complaint form and never heard back from Shell. And it didn't even get my car clean. Ten bucks to barely rinse off half of the dust is a straight ripoff. read more

This is a review for their car wash. This is probably the worst car wash I've even been too. I've been here several times, and very frequently something goes wrong. This last time was the worst: the car wash just stopped working in the middle of washing, with my car full of soap. I was stuck inside. Try to get the employee to help, he comes over, goes back inside and just... doesn't come back. Mind you there were five cars behind me and we'd been in line for maybe an hour since there were problems with previous cars too. Finally he restarts the car wash... same thing happens again. Employee doesn't bother to tell others not to get in line to the broken car wash, says he's busy serving customers at the convenience store. If you enter your code too in the machine too early, it rejects it and then doesn't let you re-enter. Oh, and the machine doesn't accept credit cars, you have to go inside to pay. It used to, but not anymore. Once the car wash completes, good luck getting out because there is a bump in front of you and your wheels will just spin. You actually need to back up then go forward with some momentum to try and get through. Don't come here for a car wash. read more
