Then I get to pumping my gas and it's the regular price, but not the price that my FR permit for me. This is a great station, but watch out for the gay fat Mexican dude, with slick back hair. We found that the U-Haul facility across 101 on Bayshore had propane, and since we were in the neighborhood, decided to try getting some there despite their terrible Yelp reviews. To our pleasant surprise, we encountered helpful, friendly service, and were able to get our two tanks filled in a few minutes there.

I couldn't accelerate beyond 20-25mph on my Nissan and the car was reving but not going anywhere. I parked and I let the car rest for about an hour while i frantically call every place around me. They were the ONLY shop that took a same day appointment! I would rush over but I couldn't even go any faster so i slowly made my way over. I got a car from Selena to make sure i was on my way because they close at 5pm and they wanted to save my spot. I got there and they ran a diagnostic on my car to see what's up. They showed me the error codes that were found and explained to me that if it's the problems that the diagnostics test surfaced, it's be a job to take to a Nissan dealer because my vehicle is still under manufacture guarantee. Tao drove the car around the block to test it but didn't experience the problem I had, so he suggested that I do a basic tune up to service the vehicle to ensure it's not due to those issues. The car drove better after the services but the diagnostic test rerun still came back with the same error codes. They jotted down the codes for me so i can communicate to my dealership better. They charged for the services but were honest and sincere about what's be best for me. They could have kept the car overnight, charged me for the diagnostic ($180 at my dealer) and did work on the transmission if they had wanted. If you're like me who doesn't know cars very well, you need someone who's honest and transparent about the real needs of the car and is on your side with your interests in mind. And I trust them after my encounter this weekend.

My driver brought in a 2023 GMC Yukon XL SUV for a tire nail repair, the auto shop owner *an Asian…read moreLady had his staff to take out the nail from the tire, and told my driver its non repairable, then driver called me, and I talked to the owner via speaker phone, she kept saying that tire was not repairable, i asked if they have the tire in stock to change, she said no, then her staff was trying to put the spare tire on but they didn't know how to do it, the lady owner kept saying the tool was missing, I told her this is a new car and should have it... Then her attitude became super rude and mean, she cussed and yelling at me over the phone, she then refused to keep working on the car, pull the car out from the rack with no air *since the nail was plugged out, which could create more damage that tire that could possibly be repair by other shop, and damaged the TPM sensor inside the tire.... Luckily the rim was not damaged..... I had to call a tow truck to come rescue my driver, waited over 2 hours, and we missed 1 of the pickup that could be done if the shop didn't refuse to keep repairing, they never think of the safety hazard on this incident... VERY BAD business ethics.... I never say I am not paying, we did not even get to that point and that lady owner just flipped out and refuse to keep on working on the SUV also filed complaint to BBB
