Worse bathroom EVER. August 1st, one stall in ladies room has sign frozen pipes out of order. Other stall is filled and overflowing. Smell was revolting and sink was hanging off wall. Men's room has a similar review. Wish I didn't have to leave a star. read more

Stopped here for some gas and quick trip to the head. This bathroom was one of the most disgusting bathrooms I have seen in a long time. Everything was dirty. There was no towel dispenser so no towels. The soap was a broken plastic bottle laying on the floor under the sink. (See pic) The urinal was out of service as well. And appeared to be that way for some time based on how dirty the shield they used to block it off. The person before me had dropped a deuce so obviously no way they washed their hands. Touching that door handle to get out was quite disgusting. Shell management should get in there and clean this place up. read more

Dog friendly!!!! Really friendly lady at the counter! Clean enough bathroom for a gas station with fully stocked TP (A rarity). Not bad pricing at $2.64/gal Regular, considering the big gas price hike that seems statewide. read more

We were very impressed by the coffee at this gas station today. It's often hard to find quality coffee when stopping at a gas station off the highway and I may just buy an energy drink instead. Place looked rather small so I didn't have too high coffee expectations initially. Turned out to be a great choice and I would rate them top 5% of gas station coffees. (Only better is some Circle K's recently have espresso machines, pretty hard to top that!) Coffee was less strong compared to a Starbucks coffee, yet delicious, very smooth and freshly brewed taste. As an added bonus, they even had real milk rather than the creamer at some gas stations, in addition to two flavors of half and half, hazelnut and vanilla (I'm not sure if they had just regular half and half, but probably). I also got a granola bar for just $.99 which has got to be one of the best deals in the area. I saw they also had an area with pizza, French fries, etc but I didn't try these. I didn't see if these are available all day or only certain hours. Overall great selection for a smaller store. It's great when traveling on the highway and short on time to have high quality coffee without needing to make an extra stop somewhere else. Finally, I want to thank the very nice lady who worked there. She helped me to quickly find everything I needed. Extremely helpful and friendly. read more

One of the most outrageous customer service experiences of my life. Parked next to a pump but the screen prompts takes both my reward card and my credit card before telling me to see the cashier - on checking inside the cashier says the screens aren't working and I could just leave the card with her, fill up, then return to pay. Would have been good to know - I could have pulled up to a different pump - but OK, I leave the card with her and fill up. On my return, my credit card is sitting on the counter but the cashier's gone AWOL. Concern number one - if you suggest you look after my credit card, please look after it. She then proceeds to charge my credit card but I think to make sure that the rewards discount was applied (remembering that the pump had already accepted that card) and she says no, she needed to enter the reward card details first and now it's too late. Obviously not happy, I ask whether she can't cancel the transaction and process again. No, she can't and it's my fault because I should have told her first that I had a rewards card. Despite the fact that I'd described in detail what happened when I came in the first time because their pump screen wasn't working! When I said it wasn't my fault that their pumps weren't working, or that when replacing the machine she didn't ask all the appropriate questions of a customer, she became very rude and dismissive, cursing at me under her breath and denying any responsibility at all. She told me that if I had a problem I should call Shell, it wasn't her problem. No apology, no understanding, nothing. I was going to buy food and drink as well as gas but took my business over the road where the cashier was lovely and friendly - I'd recommend you all do the same.
