We've been to this location twice to try to fill our propane tank - the first time we went we were told they couldn't fill it after dark??? They recommended the chevron down the street who happily filled it after dark - today we tried again and neither cashier were "certified" and recommended chevron again - where we happily went on our way - to the managers, owners, etc ... maybe you should just not sell propane?? I normally would never bother to write a review for a gas station. However, this one stands out as the worst one. I've stopped by this one 3 times over the last several months and twice the pumps have been non functional with no notice that they are not working. Tried to buy gas. Pump was broken. Tried to cancel the charge for not receiving the gas I tried to purchase and was charged for. Was told it couldn't be undone and to talk to my bank. Not ideal. Would give zero stars if possible. read more

We got gas 11/22 and the auto shut off malfunctioned. We had to ask attendant to shut off the pump as it sprayed everywhere. We were charged for more than 5 extra gallons. Attendant said "No refunds" and "Be thankful it's raining - keep you car outside to wash the gas off". For nearly a week after, that pump was coned off - clearly due to a malfunction/issue. I've called Shell 4 times and left messages without any response. Absolutely unacceptable, especially when you know there was a confirmed issued with that pump - why else would you have coned it off after? Still looking for refund of extra gas and clothing we had to wash multiple times to get the gas smell out. I know the cameras caught the entire event. read more

I used to like going to this Shell station, but not anymore. The staff that currently work there, especially a lady in particular whose name I will not mention is very unfriendly. They can't even fix the overhead light above the cashier station. It's dark in there and there's a very dreary feeling when you walk in there. This used to be my go to place, but not anymore. The cashiers there need to learn their job my card kept declining because they did not know how to ring up scratchers, and Powerball tickets separate from gas purchases. Cashier made me feel like I was a lowlife because my card declined but it turns out it was their problem.cashier tried bypassing me from putting in my rewards number because she didn't want to take any more time out with me so I had to make her cancel and allow me to put it in. read more

Good rewards program Lately I've been getting my gas fill ups at this Shell location since hubby enrolled in their Rewards program. It is convenient for me as it is just down Baseline Road. Unfortunately, we have no gas stations closer to where I live. This is 3.3 miles from my place. This Shell is in a busy area on the corner of Foothills Blvd and Baseline Road. It is nearby a McDonald's and other food and a few retail businesses but the best part is this gas station happens to be next to the coolest high school kids hangout in Roseville... Dutch Bros! One time I thought that a lot of people were getting gas but the cars really were all lined up behind the gas station at the coffee shop's drive-thru line. LoL! The one time I've had to go inside the convenience store, the customer service experience was good, the clerk assisting me was nice and helpful. I don't know the difference between gas with Techron or V-Power and all that, my car has been spoiled with Chevron gas since we bought it a little over two years ago but lately I've been feeling pain at the gas pumps at $3.35/gal for the lowest grade in Chevron so I've switched. I'm just lucky that I don't work far from home so I don't spend much on gas. The gas station is well lit at night. This old lady who works there, got an attitude with me all bc I didn't tell her I was putting in my number for the fuel rewards and so she delete it on accident. I didn't want to stand there and argue with her when she should've asked if I have a fuel rewards before deleting anything. Then when I asked for a lid for my shake, she told me they ran out. How unsanitary to sell a drink or shake with no lids. And she touched my cup with the same dirty gloves she touched money and everything else. read more

Went to this Shell station to get gas without realizing it is one of those stations that do cash prices different from credit price. I really avoid these type of stations. I try to never get gas from these type of stations unless I am close to empty. Today, I was very close to empty so I put $8 in my tank just enough to get me to a gas station that doesn't punish people for not wanting to carry cash for safety reasons! There are gas stations out there that don't punish those with credit or debit cards, this is not one of them. I will take all my business to those stations that don't make you carry cash. This a decent gas station but a little pricier than some of the others in the area. It is a nice convenient location across from Bel-air and next door to Dutch Bros and Asian n Cajun. You can eat, get caffeinated, do groceries, and get gas and save time driving. There is a lot of space around the gas pumps so it's easy to maneuver and not cramped like some gas stations. Everything looks relatively clean. The store has your typical gas station convenience items. Cashiers are friendly and quick. read more
