They refuse to allow customers to enter their loyalty ID phone number for the earnify app on the pin pad claiming they can only "scan the app" but just quickly skip through the prompts that allow you to enter your number. When they finally do scan the app they refuse to apply the rewards balance to the purchase; I had 15 cents off a gallon in rewards for gas they claimed "applied automatically" but I told them that the price on the pump never went down. They argued that "it's only 5 cents" when I showed them I had 15 cents off a gallon from rewards; regardless the 5 cents off was never applied. They then gave me my money back and told me to leave. Went to get my usual 4 for $7 rockstar deal, and the cashier said "this rockstar isn't included in the 4 for $7. Pick another one". I ask him how is it different and he just repeats himself. I explain how it's the same and he says no. Listen, I'm all about 5 starring businesses and spreading the good word. But I'm not into being scammed and paying more for the same thing. In the photo is my receipt for the 4 for $7 deal, and the rockstar that is not included in it that I bought elsewhere. This is just a new flavor and they have not added the barcode to their system. Don't tell me it's a different, special, more expensive rockstar. Literally every other gas station or quick stop I buy it from says the same thing: "oh this is new. I didn't add it in the system yet" and then scan another rockstar in it's place. Don't be so smug about it being a jerk to me. Do better. 1 star for being jerk about it and not wanting to dive deeper and see why it was different. read more

9:30pm, the cashier refuses me $20 cash back. I asked the cash back limit, he says he has no money for cash back. It's 9:30pm not 3am, so why would he not have $20 cash back? If I had not asked, what would've happened when I clicked on $20 cash back and the $$ was taken out of my account? If you can't provide cash back there should at the very least be a sign that informs the customers of that. The cashier has a poor attitude on night shift, he's unfriendly and short with people. As a bartender I'd never dream of talking to guests with the tone and abruptness he has during every interaction. He makes you feel like you're a nuisance just for being there as a customer. read more

DO NOT COME HERE - Hands down the WORST gas station I've ever been to. The staff slaps a "bathroom out of order" sign on the bathroom and refuses to let anyone use the restroom. The staff is also rude and constantly on the phone with someone. I've never paid in cash, but other comments say that the attendant regularly steals money, which I do not think is a lie. There is a 7-11 just down the street across the overpass. Go there and don't give this place your business. read more

I stop at this gas station 2-3 times a month to get Diesel Fuel. As always service has been great no issues at all. Their diesel prices are the most affordable around this area within 2-3 miles radius. Inside they're pretty stocked, clean and spacious. If you'ld like a coffee, soda or quick snack they got it. Hungry for a hot dog or nacho cheese? They got that as well ! Stop by and stock on fuel or snacks. 5 stars for this am/pm gas station. read more

The woman here this day (Monday, July 20th) wasn't very friendly. Made me want to run to the next gas station. She didn't say anything! I asked how her day was and I was ignored. I hate that I put myself out there and try to be a superstar customer (I believe in order to get good customer service, you should be a good customer, or at least not a difficult one), and all they do is.... well, their job with a pissy look on their face. ....I kind of have a big mouth and looked at my husband and said, "I guess it's not a good day." She asked what pump number after we had already told her pump 7... we also got a few drinks because it was a pretty hot day. So, I guess she did her job. You could just tell she hated her job. Hated anyone who came in, and maybe anyone that came in having a good day. For me, the experience means a lot. If I had run into a man or woman with a smile.... yes, I'd still be writing this review. I enjoy talking to people and I also enjoy praising anyone who are doing an amazing job. My experience was mediocre. Which means forgettable. read more

I decided to go here because it was well priced for cash purchase. I had to go inside because the machine outside wouldn't take $100 bills. I asked to fill up on my pump and the attendant very rudely said "no!" I said ok and went outside to use my card to pay at the pump and pay the extra fee. Meanwhile, my wife & daughter went inside to use the bathroom. When they came back out, I decided to go in and use the bathroom. The attendant promptly told me that the bathroom is out of order. And then I said but my wife and daughter just came in and used it. And then he said the bathroom is closed now and I couldn't use it. So I'm not sure what his problem is but all I can say is that he was totally rude to me for no apparent reason -- maybe he doesn't like asians or maybe he's just an unhappy person, I'm not sure. All I know is that I will never stop here again and I recommend that no one ever stop here. If a manager is reading this, I stopped here on March 8, 2017 at 10pm. read more

One of the cheapest Gas stations in the area with convenient on/off access to Highway 80 in Roseville! It is located across the street from a Valero Gas Station and they appear to have the same prices from the sign on the street (and it is if you are using cash) but Valero charges $0.10 more per gallon if using credit or debit. This Arco also has a car wash in the same parking lot with early bird specials as a convenience store. I took one star off because they only accept debit/cash and charge a $0.35 fee for using debit so make sure to get more than a few gallons to offset the fee. A big plus is that this Arco is open 24 hours. Whoop whoop! read more

Love the price of gas. This location is one of the lowest price gas station around Sacramento and Roseville area. The store from inside and outside well maintain and clean. Their fountain and food area is the best. This is one of best gas station I have been to. The cashier was so nice. read more

I have been here multiple times, the attendant is always rude (he's a younger man) and I went in to pay for gas on multiple occasions and he tried to steal my money. I gave him a $5 bill and he put 1.75 on my pump! I went back in and he told me that's all I gave him. I told him I was going to call a manager or the police and force him to show me security footage. He then reluctantly put the rest on my pump after me going back in three separate times because it was not working. Multiple people had the same issue as I did. I went in to buy cigarettes and they came out to $8.64 I gave him $20.64 so I should have gotten twelve back. He said I didn't give him enough change and I counted it back out to him before he could throw my money in the drawer. I got my twelve dollars back. Do not come here and lose money!! I will be contacting a manager if this happens again. read more

The pumps pump really really slow, the kiosks outside rarely are working too take your cash so you end up having to go inside and wait in line, they have also been busted 3 times for selling alcohol to under age and have had there license taken away for good! THE CASHIER TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY. Gave him $20 cash to put on a pump number and he didn't do it. So when the gas will not pump I go back in and ask him what is up and he says that I never even came in and paid! After making him check the security footage he keeps insisting that I never came in in the first place. I stood my ground because I had obviously paid him 2 minutes ago and make him keep watching. After about 20 mins of me standing there and him insisting he didn't see me pay him he finally catches me on the security footage (or gave up on his scam). Then he has the audacity to ask me what pump number I want to switch it to. I made him just give me my $20 back. Absolute shame. Will never take my business here again and I advise others to do the same. read more

Stopped in at around 7pm 4/22/17. The pump card terminal (went to two pumps) was not working so I needed to go in the store. The cashier guy did not look like he wanted to be there that night. Anyway, I told him what I needed ( i.e., x amount of gas on so and so pump). He looked at me as he was counting dollar bills and rudely said " Swipe!!" I swiped my card and waited. He looked at me again with disdain and again rudely said , "Swipe!!!" I told him I already did and he mumbled something that (I assumed) meant, "card not working!" He then snatched my card , slipped it in a folded receipt (not mine), shoved it back in my hand and then again rudely said "Swipe!!!" At this point he was gesturing for me to swipe my card that way (in the folded receipt). This was the last straw for me so I threw the receipt back on the counter and told him ,"This is b_llsh_t", then left that godforsaken place.
