I tried calling the number on the site and they have posted and it just doesn't even go through ... I paid $22 because I wanted something deep to clean my car after a long trip and didn't happen. I would love to give them a good review and would be if they had been able to honor the additional 2 washes, because I'm sure it would have taken care of my need... but not happy that they can't honor that as they advertised.

It was like dueling Banjos with those hoses he used for the pre-wash. He had 6 going at one X like the dueling Banjos~~Di-da-la-ling-ding-ding, di-da-la-ding-ding- & repeat! If a product is used on your silver grill that are made of (?) aluminum material, caution is a must! I love my car & Hate when it's dirty. Again my grill has turned splattered black. I have not spoken to my dude & intend to. Although the clear coat slowly dissipates, I had an area that was showing barely black. With all good intentions he spray painted that area while I continue looking for a replacement part. He may have gotten a little bit, & I have to repeat this too, He literally got a dash-a-doodle-doo, a minute amount on my grill BUT & I repeat BUT it had the black splatter marks prior! I wouldn't say this unless factual & I'm an honest soul. I know my car. I walk around it everyday to see if some Turd Ferguson hit my doors although I park away from everyone. I spotted this one and wanted to use the self serve bays but I didn't have change for a 20 and either they don't have change makers or they were broken I can't remember so I went around to the touchfree bays and pulled up to the first bay. I paid the $20 for the hot wax wash and waited....nothing happened when it told me to go in, the doors stayed shut. I had purchased new ceramic wax so I wanted to run it out and said "screw it I'll call them later and just go to the next bay'. Put the card in and selected the hot wax wash again, this time the doors opened and I went in. It went through the first and second cycle perfectly then when the next round was supposed to come out, nothing came out. Again with almost all the rest of the wash cycles. I spent $40 in a 20 minute ish timespan and my car was doused with water and maybe soap. Not sure. If that wasn't bad enough, when I got my statement, I was charged twice for the one water super soak "wash' and then my $20 cash I put into the first machine that It never spit back out. I believe the machines say they don't give cash back so I was already agreeing to lose $3 but not all $20. I called once, twice, three times and each time either no one got back to me, it just rang and rang or it rang, stopped ringing but was silent on the other end. The car wash has potential but it's not reaching for the stars. sooner rather than later would be kinda cool so I could try it again. Like I said car wash is my favorite pastime.

The owner and son are extremely friendly and conscientious and I can't say enough good things about them. Also, the attention to detail the workers give each time the car is prepped before pulling through the tunnel. They will prep your car for 4-5 minutes on average making sure all of the bugs are off the front end and windshield. Also, regarding the vacuums, each works very well.
