Not sure where people are having any problems, I went through this morning, car is clean and looks great. No issues.

This was the second time I used this car wash and it will be the last and was very disappointed . I paid $17 to clean my truck with the wheels option. On both visits my vehicle was still very wet after the quick dry and the tailgate and rear bumper were not washed at all. STAY AWAY. Rip Off! read more

Place ripped rear wipers off Volvo. Attendant was actually there and he gave us a slip of paper saying he'd pay for repairs etc but I've several messages and stopped by but I'm being ghosted!! When at dealership parts manager said I was the third Volvo this week that had damage from this place! I'd stay away if I was you! read more

This place has a self service gate and kiosk. Many time people pay on the kiosk during normal published operating hours however no one come out to turn on the automated wash. I read about this, but it happened to me this week. I called their phone number and other locations, but no one ever answered. I went back when it looked like someone was working and they asked me to again call the number and speak to a manager! Bad business... read more

Not sure why the ratings are so low, we drove through today, and it was just fine for us. There is no attendant, you pull up and insert your credit card and choose from a selection of washes. The least expensive wash is $14. You drive-through at it automatically washes/dries your car for you and while you sit inside with your car parked in neutral. It's not perfect like a hand car wash but if you bring a towel and dry off here and there afterwards you'll be fine. Grateful for the service. read more

THIS IS NOT TOUCHLESS! Took my brand new vehicle that is 1 month old through and did extreme damage. Even though touchless is in the name. The general manager said I don't have common sense to know the difference between touchless and touch free. REPEATEDLY SAID I DONT HAVE COMMON SENSE! Admitted the damage was caused by their machine but that's the risk I took and I'm the one at fault. I was told I should have known brushes touch the car BEFORE I entered the wash. (Makes no sense). My kids sprayed my car with silly string. I quickly sped to the Auto Spa Car Wash. The attendant walked to the pay kiosk and promptly told me I didn't need to come to the car wash to get silly string off. I let him know that I had already paid and would use the wash anyhow. He told me I could move forward and use the wash. That's when he noticed my bike rack on the back of my car (hitch). He stopped me and told me I couldn't use the wash. I was confused and explained I am a local and have used the wash at least once a week since April 1. He waved me forward and said "come on up". I pulled up to the car wash bay that he was standing in front of as I thought he was going to let me use it. Once I arrived to the bay he moved over to a larger sign and stood behind it. His face, body language and the way he shook the sign indicated "read the sign dummy". I was disgusted with the behavior. Not only was I embarrassed, but I was mad. I couldn't believe he was being so rude. I asked for a refund. He told me to pull to the side of the building. He issued the refund after about 10 minutes. When he returned to my car with my refund he reiterated that he'd be happy to wash my car once I took off the rack. At that point I asked for the managers contact info. I don't mind being told that I can not use the car wash it was simply the manner in which he did so. So rude. Never returning. I will drive to Portsmouth for a wash from now on. read more

Don't waste your money! Looks like a fancy, nice car wash and I purchased the luxury car wash ($17.50) and my Audi came out with dirty body panels, salt still on the rocker panels and was not even close to try = water spots and a car that needs to be washed again. read more

No attendant before 9 AM, so use at your own risk. There's no warning that the wash is out of order at the pay station, so you pay, drive up and your stuck. Then more people come and the line stacks up. Twice in the last 2 months, this has happened. Today was the worst, the wash broke down after I had entered, my car stops, but the soap keeps spraying with my car not moving. Finally after 10 minutes, the wash shuts down, and I can back my car all the way out, still covered in soap. If it works it does a decent job, but given the complexity there should be an attendant available any time the wash is open. read more

Went to their Kittery location this morning and halfway through the wash the machine stopped. My truck was covered in soap. No one was on site to help. I was able to get out of the tunnel and had to drive up to York to their other location. No one at that location either so I had to pay again to get the soap off my truck. Should at least have a phone number visible to call for occasions like this. Have otherwise had good experiences at their locations. read more

The first sign that things were not up to par at this car wash was very little suction at the vacuums ($2.00). I considered curtailing my experience at that point but reluctantly went ahead and paid the automatic kiosk $14.00 for the least expensive option. As my vehicle was being pulled through the wash, I noted that the lone employee on duty was carrying around a hubcap. When I emerged from the wash, he informed me that the hubcap was mine! I allowed him to reattach the it as he told me he would send me back through the wash since it didn't do a very good job on the first pass. When I emerged from the second washing I pulled over, got out of the car, and checked my left front tire. The hubcap was missing! It took me a few minutes to track down the lone employee who had to fish my hubcap out of the track. This time he was unable to reattach the hubcap and pointed out that it was damaged. He then stated that management was not responsible for damage. To top off my unpleasant experience at this car wash I noted that, despite two passes through the wash, my car was not particularly clean. read more

I bought a new car on 10/15/18 and was passing through kittery on 10/19/18 when I decided to stop at this car wash to clean up my 5 day old car. Big mistake! The car was cleaned ok but the issue was the rails at the wheels where it pulls you through. The front left wheel was gouged and scratched all the way around at the same height as the rail. Estimate to repair wheel was $225, new wheel is $350. I ended up buying a new wheel. If you have nice rims go somewhere else. read more

Been using this car wash for years, car always comes out great. Always friendly interactions with workers onsite until yesterday @Wells location. Young kid with smart-ass attitude, but let the owner know and he handled complaint well, took time to hear me out. Best small car was chain around! read more
