Price is also reasonable. I wanted my car detailed prior to selling. Mike and his crew did an amazing detail job on our Acura MDX. It looked brand new ! After looking around inside the car, some of the areas were oily, so I am guessing the cleaner they used was more like a waxy cleaner. The back window was NOT cleaned. Once the sun hit it I could definitely say it was only wiped with a rag. It was just dirt moved around. Same thing with the interior of the front window. The worst was seeing several areas on both sides of the car with spots of white wax on the doors. I had to wipe that off. I am quite confident if I had gone back, they would have helped me. However, after paying $240.00, I did not think I needed to make an appointment or take the time to drive there so they could fix what should have been done the first time.

I thought you'd all throw me a free car-wash. The dude said he did his best to scrub them & totally went back to cleaning cars coming through. My grill was jacked up years ago by a carwash that put a chemical on it, (bug remover). Not for your silver alluminim grill. The carwash I used years ago was in Exeter. After numerous calls he finally replaced the part. The guy who pre-washed my car in Exeter was using numerous hoses & I've said this before. It was like dueling Banjos with those hoses he used for the pre-wash. He had 6 going at one X like the dueling Banjos~~Di-da-la-ling-ding-ding, di-da-la-ding-ding- & repeat! If a product is used on your silver grill that are made of (?) aluminum material, caution is a must! I love my car & Hate when it's dirty. Again my grill has turned splattered black. I have not spoken to my dude & intend to. Although the clear coat slowly dissipates, I had an area that was showing barely black. With all good intentions he spray painted that area while I continue looking for a replacement part. He may have gotten a little bit, & I have to repeat this too, He literally got a dash-a-doodle-doo, a minute amount on my grill BUT & I repeat BUT it had the black splatter marks prior! I wouldn't say this unless factual & I'm an honest soul. I know my car. I walk around it everyday to see if some Turd Ferguson hit my doors although I park away from everyone. I don't know what chemical this is?! I can ask. This needs to be changed & safe on all materials not ONLY GLASS!! Hello Mr. Bubbles. I know I haven't been coming as often BUT you're the only carwash I use besides L.E.M.B.'S hand wash carwash. That be me! I'll do it myself before I go to any $hit$how carwash. I tip a good % & being in the biz at 1 X of receiving tips I'm very aware & I'm an over tipper skipper!! I get p o.'ed if anyone pulls a calculator out & or takes the tax off. I suggest you go back. A lot of care goes into the pre-wash they perform before your vehicle goes in the washy wash machine. The updated equipment does an excellent job. Then there's the towels, oh Lordy, lemme tell you about the towels they provide! The water filtration system doesn't leave any water spots but it's still a nice touch to be able to wipe down your vehicle after a nice bath. Priced very reasonably too.

I go here several times and knew right away I was lied to, not sure if it was them just simply not wanting to do it when I came in to the drive through I asked the guys to maybe be honest and not lie because it will look bad to tell a customer you don't have a "wand" to do something when it's clear you do. also instead of letting me speak another very young kid was being very defensive, also not a good quality for customer service this place could do better I will go elsewhere for awhile

Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.

This place is a rip off. I started using cash to do my laundry as I felt (and still feel) like I…read morewas being overcharged when I used my card. I was told that the bank puts a temporary charge that is not permanent. I get that, as I've seen it with other vendors, but this did not change in my account. Now, I usually do my laundry after work as it's right down the street from there and get there a little after 5:00 pm. This is important as there is no longer any attendant on duty after 4. This last visit I put my laundry in and went to the change machine to get some coins. I put in my $20 and only received $10.25 before the machine stopped spitting out coin and said out of service. I contacted the number given for any issues, gave them my name, telephone number, told them what happened and asked them to call me back so that we could resolve this. This was on a Tuesday. It's now Thursday and I have left another message without any response. I wouldn't be posting this if they had just picked up the telephone can contacted me. It shouldn't take three days or more to acknowledge that there is an issue that your customer needs resolved! I used to go here all the time. It was the cleanest place and convenient to me. I no longer want to go here as I feel too much has changed with the new owners that are not in the best interest of the customer. That being said, they've lost a loyal customer of over 16 years. Pity.
