Got the $13 wash package the other day.... and wow can i say it was an experience, not only did they brush my dry car but the also sprayed me down WITH A GARDEN HOSE! I have never seen a car wash use a garden hose to prepare a car to go through a wash. not only that the wash is bumpy the entire way through, the wash seems so cramped it could barely fit my 2024 Nissan Rogue! I've always had good experiences at this carwash... good price always clean after... not driving a particularly nice car so I can't speak to detailing expensive... but for getting the salt off, they do a great job for the price read more

Dear Mr. Bubbles. I came through last week & prior a few weeks before. My rims were dirty & there's a chemical for rims. I told the guy the rims looked like ! I thought you'd all throw me a free car-wash. The dude said he did his best to scrub them & totally went back to cleaning cars coming through. It wasn't that busy he could have asked me to wait & given me a F.C.W next visit but he did not. Yes I was thoroughly disappointed. Idk exactly what he said... He told me he scrubbed my rims.... " I did my best to scrub your rims, boy they were filthy!" That's IT,?? That was a kick in the a$$!! I was pretty much shrugged off. Wow, geez thanks & Huh what?? I was thoroughly Disappointed!! I recommend Mr. Bubbles to EVERYONE. My favorite guy was out sick & had a day off on my recent visits. WHEN HE'S NOT & only when he's not busy he'll assist me in drying my car, we discuss cars, & I think he's awesome!! Where is my dude? One day he was out sick and another time he was off. My grill was jacked up years ago by a carwash that put a chemical on it, (bug remover). Not for your silver alluminim grill. The carwash I used years ago was in Exeter. After numerous calls he finally replaced the part. The guy who pre-washed my car in Exeter was using numerous hoses & I've said this before. It was like dueling Banjos with those hoses he used for the pre-wash. He had 6 going at one X like the dueling Banjos~~Di-da-la-ling-ding-ding, di-da-la-ding-ding- & repeat! If a product is used on your silver grill that are made of (?) aluminum material, caution is a must! I love my car & Hate when it's dirty. Again my grill has turned splattered black. I have not spoken to my dude & intend to. Although the clear coat slowly dissipates, I had an area that was showing barely black. With all good intentions he spray painted that area while I continue looking for a replacement part. He may have gotten a little bit, & I have to repeat this too, He literally got a dash-a-doodle-doo, a minute amount on my grill BUT & I repeat BUT it had the black splatter marks prior! I wouldn't say this unless factual & I'm an honest soul. I know my car. I walk around it everyday to see if some Turd Ferguson hit my doors although I park away from everyone. I don't know what chemical this is?! I can ask. This needs to be changed & safe on all materials not ONLY GLASS!! Hello Mr. Bubbles. I know I haven't been coming as often BUT you're the only carwash I use besides L.E.M.B.'S hand wash carwash. That be me! I'll do it myself before I go to any $hit$how carwash. I tip a good % & being in the biz at 1 X of receiving tips I'm very aware & I'm an over tipper skipper!! I get p o.'ed if anyone pulls a calculator out & or takes the tax off. Cut the $H|t. 20% is archaic try 30% & if you're wealthy unlike myself throw it down if a job was well done! There's nothing worse than a cheapskate! Anywho, "Mr Bubbles you're the one, You make bath X lots of fun, Mr. Bubbles I am awfully fond of you!" So please rectify. Throw a freebie out to your repeat customers now & again. Btw the products Mr. Bubbles put out for customer use definitely need to be higher end. They are all absolutely eghh! The product for the dash actually lightened my interior dash which is black. I absolutely know what I'm doing so I can't be blamed for using something that was for other car parts!! No way!! Thank you. I love ya but at this time I'm annoyed!! For $14 I expected a clean car after a wash. Nope. My car is still extremely dirty. This has never happened to me before. They did a pre scrub, but I presume didn't scrub enough. They didn't scrub the top of my car (I have a sun roof and saw no suds. And even my windshield still grimy. read more

The staff was nice however I paid 17$ for the plus package and my car didn't even come out clean. There was still mud on both sides. The conveyor belt was also very fast my car was in and out in less than 2 minutes. I'm guessing this is why the cleaning job was so terrible. read more

I tried this location a few days ago and still had soap all over my car when the dryers came on at the end of the wash. I drove out and took a look at my car and there were still soap suds everywhere. I mentioned this to the attendant and he said it was a known issue and should be fixed soon. He said that I could go back through the wash again but that the same thing would probably happen. The he said I could just wipe it off with a towel. No mention of a refund or an offer to come back for another wash when it was fixed. The car wash should be shut down until it is fixed. Very shady business practices. I would. It recommend this car wash. read more

These guys are awesome !!! Platinum wash is only 14 bucks and I love it that they clean the side front and back panels with a brush and then you drive thru the machine part of the wash. I had a bunch of bugs on the front of my car and windshield and a guy must have spent at least 5 minutes cleaning them off diligently. I've been here 3 times now and it's always awesome!! read more

Complete waste of money. Don't get anything above the basic wash package. The vacuums doesn't have a powerful suction.

First time thru a regular car was. Always used touch less and I have scratch marks all the way down the side of my 2015 50,000 dollar truck. Emerald wash. Let's see what they will say when I call them on it. Will keep you posted read more
