I asked an employee a couple of weeks ago if he could make some coffee. He replied 'I'm not sure how to". This morning at around 11AM, again there was no coffee and the lights were blinking on the machines. I asked the woman standing there if she could make some. She glared at me then asked someone behind the register to make some. This place really does suck.

A sour puss brunette named "RENEE". Who has the personality of a rock. Her service is always extremely cold, very unfriendly and unprofessional. Just the other day I was grabbing a hotdog to go out of the steamer holding bin. The plastic tong that sits up top of the steamer is held in place by a small piece of Velcro. As I was reaching for the tong to grab my hotdog The Velcro piece became undone. Accidently dropping the tong to the floor. "RENEE" witnessed this accident and scoured me with her damning and cold eyes. I apologized for the accident and to which I received no reply. I witnessed her pick up the tong of the dirty floor and place it right back on top of the steamer without washing it first. Not even a dunk in a sanitizing solution! This sort of unprofessionalism is not only unacceptable it is unsanitary and unhealthy. Sure to spread disease and make people sick! I was appalled by her unprofessional action. She should be terminated. I plan on reporting her to the district manager as soon as I get chance. I also feel a report to cooperate is also in order.

The first time I came to get gas she came running outside and accused me of keeping my car running (twice) when I reassured her my car was off and it was. I later went inside and told her this and she basically called me a liar. The second time I went I was pumping and went into my car to gather up some trash and she turned my pump off...with using the speaker or anything I walked inside and she told me I had to stand by the pump or she was shutting it off. I've been a customer for over 20 years and I've never been treated with such disrespect....I will take my shell business elsewhere as long as she's working there.

The inside store itself has kinda always been the same with what it sells. Currently it has a Moe's counter where you can have a Moe's sub to order or grab one in the cooler that is already made if you don't have time to wait. There is also an Aroma Joe's coffee shop inside. No place to sit down & drink the coffee or eat your Moe's. No place outside either. Aroma Joe's does have a drive through for those who don't want to go inside. I remember this use to be a donut shop before. There is a bathroom outside of the store & you may have to go inside to get the key?? It's been years since I've used the bathroom here. This gas station can get very busy & isn't always the easiest to get into due to the busy traffic on Lafayette road. Gas pumps are easy to use. Pay @ the lump or inside. There's a good choice of scratch tickets & you can get your lottery tickets here too. Guess what?!?!? You can use your debit card or credit card to pay for these things now.....can be very dangerous for some & very convenient!! lol I don't recall seeing any gas station hot food or soda fountain inside & this may be due to having the coffee & sub shop. There's plenty of beverages, chips, snacks, sweets & some house hold items to choose from inside. I've even seen an ATM machine. It's a gas station, what can I say?? lol I met the manger on my last trip inside & he was very nice/friendly. Big smile on his face.
